My home inspection service is a visual inspection of all structural elements and systems which are accessible. If safety conditions allow, I walk the roof and crawl into spaces below the structures to insure that nothing is missed. I explain to you what I see and what I don't see as we search for issues or signs of potential problems during the inspection.
I have the professional experience and technical knowledge to properly evaluate the condition of your new home. My years of experience provide the backdrop and knowledge needed to explain problems and solutions to my clients in a simple and clear manner. The report, along with digital pictures, is provided as a summary of the issues and our discussions during the inspection.
