Horrible. they failed to see a very common thread plumbing leak from a toilet. The most common thing to catch! I purchased home on 21st of october however only moved in November 16th as it was under exterior renovation.I emailed Summit to question why this was missed, they became very defensive immediately stated that it was pasted there time past inspection.
they are not doing insoections properly. Based on the amouth of closings. Buyers beware. They are like used care salesmen. rude, condescending and do not back there own product or compliant services.

We hired Jenna to do a home inspection on a home we were interested in purchasing. Jenna was extremely thorough and attentive. I do not think an inch of the house was not inspected. She also explained each issue she came across and answered any questions I had. She found so many things that were not expected. We were able to use the findings on the report to negotiate a lower price on the house. The report is easy to read and understand and thoroughly explains each issue with clear photos of the problem. Highly recommend using Summit Home Inspection!

Jenna was thorough, knowledgeable, and missed nothing in the inspection of the property my husband and I are buying. She was neat and respectful of the house she was in (even wore booties over her shoes).She also provided online links for information on systems (like the pellet stove) that were new to us. We had the report promptly. When you are buying a property, it really lowers the stress to know what you are dealing with. We would highly recommend using Summit Home Inspection when you are purchasing a home.

Our prospective home needed a pre-purchase inspection that included pest, water and radon tests. Jenna handled the comprehensive home very thoroughly and made herself available to answer follow-up questions. She educated us about the condition of all systems and made appropriate recommendations for outside contractors as needed. Highly recommend!!
