In Texas, there are essentially two ways to clear your record: Expunctions Or Non-Disclosures. Expunctions are a destruction of records that removes an arrest record from a person's adult criminal record. An order of non-disclosure is a beneficial order that does not allow law enforcement or Courts to disclose a person's criminal records to certain entities-particularly private ones.
A felony is the highest criminal offense under Texas law. Felonies are considered far more serious than misdemeanors, and as such, the consequences can be far more severe. Depending on the type of offense, Texas felonies can carry punishments ranging from 180 days in jail to life in prison, as well as fines of up to $10,000.

Dismissed after compassionate negotiation. This was an intense dispute over hair. Hair is an extremely expensive service. My client completed a hair-do for another person. They had an agreement in place for a payment of a certain amount in exchange for the beauty services. Unfortunately, a payment was not made.

I first met Ms.Asante when she was a public defender and she represented me. She got that case dismissed. So when I faced a felony charge (s) with no hope and extremely scared of the outcome.. I researched her and found she had her on firm. I am a mother of 4 children and I definitely face the struggles of life, But Ms. Asante she’s CARES , really cares..
