Please save your self the trouble. Office staff is super sweet and helpful at first.
The moment you have trouble they disappear.
There’s roaches, A LOT of them, there’s mold.
Bathroom ceiling leaks… reached out several times about the mold, reached out about health concerning issues because my toddles has asthma. Not once did I receive help. Mold was in our furniture. Our clothes . Everywhere
Had to break lease gave notice and reason and not once did they respond. I have several mold pictures will be posting more.

This is my first apartment just moved in a few weeks ago me and my fiancé were aware of the reviews but still wanted to give it a chance ! Me being 19 not having much credit was stressful but Cory and his assistance helped me get in stress free. For us personally the 1 bedroom apartment is a perfect cozy size. Me being an electrician I love working with my hands so I asked if I could give the place a few updates and the response was yes as long as the original items were installed back before we decide to discontinue our lease. "For me, the Desert Sands has been a blessing. Just a few hours before becoming homeless, I had a pleasant and clean apartment, thanks to Leasing Specialist Cory Rogers in less than one hour. His professionalism and love of people help shape the reasonably quiet community. His customer service skills are mannerable, respectful, and rarely seen in his capacity of work. I've really enjoyed living at Desert Sands and the welcome I received when I moved in was quite warm. It's a spacious property with lots of activities, a quiet community, plenty of parking, and quick and respectful maintenance.
A few bugs here and there, but you just gotta get 'em! Pest Control is also a great help as well!

Love this place! Ashley was so helpful and kind to me and my boyfriend. I really appreciate how resourceful she was as well. She’s always there for a call or whatever it may be. And getting an apartment isn’t always easy but I’m glad I got one here! The apartment is fresh and clean and not to mention the various amenities just outside the door!

I don’t recommend these apartments I lived there almost for three years and I was paying almost $900 of rent when my neighbor on the side it was just paying 700 When I was trying to move in I told him can I see how it looks from the inside they’re like well it’s not ready and then that day that we did all the paperwork coming to find out these… apartments are really small I really don’t recommend there cockroaches my daughter in that time she was about two years and the bees went inside my apartment and I kept on calling and calling and then when I go there going

I have no idea how they can have 4 star's on here when 90% of their reviews are so bad that most people would give a negative if they could. There is an entire laundry list of unprofessional, unethical, unsafe, unsanitary and so on to report about this place. All of which will be disclosed on the BBB soon along with pictures of living conditions … as well as pictures of daily welts on our bodies from bed bugs. My kids moved out. Wait were FORCED out by management harassment, threats and forcing their way into the apt with office keys or if the chain was up they would climb through the window

I've been here close to year now and I haven't had any problems. Haven't ran into any crackheads or drug dealers since I've been here. I never have any fear walking to the mail box at night or when I come home from work late at night and it's mostly quite. I've seen a lot of people with kids and one of my neighbors is in the military.
