I’m a new tenant at the Rancho fossil Creek and this is a very well-maintained apartment complex to live in very friendly and very open when it comes to things needing to be fixed around the area. My heater had went out thanks to the management and the workers it got fixed within three days with no issues from that point. It’s my first experience living in apartments and I have to say so far it’s been my best because anytime I have an issue they address it quickly and I’m thankful for that. I am a long time, many year tenant here and I just want to thank The Ranch at Fossil Creek management for doing an terrific job during a very difficult and trying year. Ruby and her staff took over from the previous management in December of 2020. In February 2021 we all experienced the extreme cold that hit all of Texas. The temperature dropped to zero degrees F and the power went out for two days. Once the power came back on, the water pipes that had frozen and burst began leaking. This was a huge headache for everyone here but the staff worked as quickly as they could to fix a situation that

If I could I would give no stars. Save your time and money and find a better place to live. These people never answer the phone, do not care about tenants needing anything. I have someone above me that plays loud music all day and night and I have a new born that can not sleep because of it. I have tried to complain to the office but no one answers the phone if you go in there not even doing anything!! We pay a lot of money and would like new management. I have never had issues like I do with this place!!

ok over the property. It took five months to get repairs done. *Still waiting on repairs to the garbage disposal. Please be aware: they are currently in violation of several TX. housing/renter codes.
They partnered with Apollo Towing Co. who towed my car from my assigned parking space. oops, that didn't last long. See what I mean. There is a new towing Co cruising the parking lot for cars to tow.
They pretended like they were trying to help me. They could have told the co., they made a mistake and not to charge me. Oh no! That

This is the worst apartment management I have ever experienced. The staff that attends is terrible, especially Rubí who is rude and ill-manner woman. When you call they do not answer, to solve maintenance problems, they do not care and you have to constantly call for them to solve. They are lazy and irresponsible. The rent is very expensive and yet the apartments are not maintained. They have a trash everywhere, it looks bad and it's stinky. Horrible. I really do not recommend these apartments to ANYONE.

See I get when the staff are busy but I also believe every tenant is as important. My wife lives here and she has been to this office and called countless times reporting issues not a single maintenance has been sent out by this management to come out to even looked at these issues. But when the rent is due trust me they will not miss your door, they will remind you every day and evict you if they have to. This is the worst management I have ever experienced since she has lived here and I’m talking 8years.

Worst management you could as fit took 2 months to get working plugs still have whole in our kitchen chips and cracks in pain and ceiling never got us garage opener after several attempts to get one charges for valet trash but you actually have to bring it to the dump yourself been here 3 months no ones taken my trash laundry mat dirty people mess with your clothes management doesn’t care. Rent is over priced for the area and definitely not worth it with how awful and rude the management is after you sign a lease. What ever you do don’t choose this place we won’t be resigning a lease at this

There is supposed to be a penalty that is charged as well as a lease violation for tenants who leave their trash out over the weekend and before the allowed hours after 5PM on valet trash pick-up days. Some tenants in building 6 are repeat offenders, every weekend at The Ranch at Fossil Creek. Everyone knows the policy, yet they continue every weekend to leave trash bags at their door in the hot Texas weather.
