Even though I was only here for a year, I loved my stay. The location is very close to stores and restaurants, which is helpful especially if you don't have a car or don't want to deal with lots of traffic. The property is always kept well, the grass is mowed, and the parking lot is cleaned regularly.
Our doors are now open for in-person & self-guided tours, whether you walk-in or make an appointment. Additionally, virtual tours are still available online for your convenience. Love where you live! Absolutely garbage. The worst place I've ever lived in my life. Beware!
The pool was closed for over a year. Rats in the attic. Air-conditioning that literally couldn't keep the unit cool at all. Averages of 85 degrees plus indoors during the summer and $300+ electric bills.
I just got my deposit back. They kept over $300. I literally shampooed the carpets before I left and had to fix multiple things myself, including installing a screen door when the maintenance team refused to do so.
Stay away from this garbage dump.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst complex I've ever lived in. My ceiling is about to fall thru due to their ignorance. I have told them several times about this issue and they brush it off. My floor is soaking wet, there is a huge spot on the ceiling moldy and water leaking, it is soft to the touch. They do not respond to maintenance issues what so ever. I've had many issues with this complex . The office manager even said they won't fix it till we move out. Do yourself a favor and don't move here !!

Just wanted to say I enjoyed my time here at Wood Meadow Crest Apartments . Thank you Wendy for always being so kind and taking care of me from the beginning to the end every question getting me into these apartments truly grateful. I also wants And need to thank your staff Steven, Joanna ,Jorge for just being awesome. What a power team you are. Every morning I left to work I was greeted with good morning. Little did you know the night before I had a rough week and that simple Gm just felt like someone was there and cared. You three are a power team in this ridiculous humid heat Or rain And shine

Wood Meadow Apartments is an amazing apartment complex. I wish I never moved away so I could still live there! Wendy, the Property Manager, is a wonderful person, who manages the property professionally, and with grace. Wendy is compassionate and helpful - she is quick to help with any issue, and is always bright and cheerful. I always felt welcome and attended to when stopping by the office. The entire staff is amazing and works to keep the grounds clean, inviting and modern, while the groundskeeper works hard in all weather in order to make the property a comfortable home and keep the laundry

I moved into a very affordable apartment home at one of Valiant's properties.
Upon move-in, I was very satisfied with the condition of the apartment and requested a work-order for a minor issue.
The work order was completed in a timely manner and the maintenance technicians were very considerate with regards to my personal property.
I look forward to the events our property has planned and would recommend anyone to check out the property as staff is very attentive in taking care of requests.

We have loved living here for the past year. The front office staff have been so great to us, and maintenance is super quick to respond to all requests (within hours or same day 99% of the time).
The community is safe and quiet and we have never had any concerns. The only reasons we plan to leave at all is because we need more kitchen space (the kitchens in the 3 floor plans are the same size) and are wanting washer and dryer connections. If not for those two things, we’d consider staying here long term
