Our Classic homes include carpeting throughout with hardwood-style floors in the kitchen and bathroom, white appliances, light wood cabinets and beige-colored countertops. There are several upgraded homes with our "Upgrade One" option featuring: hardwood-style flooring throughout the home, with carpeting in the bedroom, black or stainless steel appliances, light wood cabinets, tiled backsplashes, and granite-like countertops.
I'd like to say that the office staff and the maintenance crew are always on top of everything. I'm going on 4 years. I'm going on 4 years here at the boulders. We lived at The Boulders for two years and it was wonderful (had to relocate for work). The apartment unit itself was very nice and comfortable. The community was always clean and properly cared for. Maintenance and office staff were responsive when necessary. Would highly recommend.

They're apartments are overpriced and subpar! The model unit they show you will be nice. But the one that you're actually renting will be shopworn and damaged. And will take months for a subpar repair. They also charge a $700 "relletting fee" on top of your last months rent to be able to get out of the contract with them. I would definitely avoid them as a renter!

plenty of storage, and quite. The gates actually work, something no gated community I have lived in previously can claim. If I have any questions they are always answered very swiftly. The application process was very swift and easy, and management was very kind. I feel at ease here, can’t even hear the traffic off 820. I really love the trash service as I have difficulty walking and taking trash can easily be a daunting task, but the three day curb side pick up is such a relief.

My family and I lived here for a year and we absolutely loved it. The application process was easy and fast. The manager Melissa, and the maintenance staff are very nice and professional. If you’re looking for an apartment in Hurst, this is one of the best in my opinion! The Boulders Apartments, is a gated complex, which provides a safe and secure living experience. I personally enjoyed the 24/7 gym and the pool during the summer.

So sad to leave this place I've lived here 2 years and it was perfect! I am moving because of my job. This is the best place I've ever lived so clean , safe and nice. My apartment had an amazing view and all the appliances were upgraded so I had a very nice unit. Parking was never an issue. I felt safe all the time and never had to worry about my safety.
The property is so clean and the maintenance staff is so quick to respond within a day.

I just wanted to say I've lived at the Boulders Apartment Homes for a year now and I just happily signed another 12month lease. The boulders are by far thee best Apartment homes in the Hurst and surrounding area in my opinion and trust me I've looked at many Apartment complexes in this area if not all of them. The Boulders offer a very safe and stress free living environment it's also very very clean here the maintenance does an outstanding job keeping the property clean. Honestly it's just beautiful here I've had visitors over and those were their exact words it's

This location and the buildings itself is great; management is what has ruined this place! They need to learn better customer service. They ONLY pick up your trash M, W, F from 7-10am, too bad if you are already at work by 7; they won't help you out at all. You have to walk 1/2 mile to take the trash out. If you leave it on your patio or leave the trash out early for the scheduled pick up before 7am, you will be fined! It's just sad that they have such a great property with such great potential, but management needs serious help!

This apartment complex is the worse place I've ever lived. Our pool has been closed since June 9th and opened maybe for a couple days and SURPRISE today it's closed again. This new management team does not care about their tenets. I would never choose to live here if I still had a choice. Vicki Mathews has completely run this place down the drain. I'm glad we pay for amenities we never get to use. They say they pick up trash every M,W,F by 10 am and don't inform us they won't pick up on holidays and trash stayed outside today in the heat past 11. Yet again we pay for that

Since living here, our one truck has been hit , our other truck has had a theft our cars have been towed ,the ladies in the office are no help. This "safe" apartment complex has no outside cameras , no security. We all get letters all the time noting if we do this or don't do that we get fined! Are you policing this complex ,or not? Also it's mid June and the pool is closed ... Come on ,its Texas. Let's work on the pool in June!! Wouldn't recommend this complex.
