Apperntly this place racked up a 2k debt on my fiance but none of the debt collectors know about it and say it pretty much is non-existent the apartment was left in pretty damn good shape (should know i helped her move) this was over six years ago and the place has since changed hands since she left

So I called the water department and they said our water should not be off.. But it is? I just moved here and I’m not very happy. It’s a nice place but it does have roaches. They sprayed but literally less than a week ago and they are back I will ask them to spray again. But the water issue is not fair. It should not be off for days.. Hurst said it should be on unless there was damage and if there was we should be notified.
I wasn’t and I’m here with no water no notifications of an issue and even if Calloway decided to turn off the water they should communicate that to it’s residents

I lived at The Pointe on Calloway for 2 years. That is the first time that I lived in one place for more than one year. I don't know where those other people lived but I saw a roach once when I first moved in. After that, pest control came by twice a month. My apartment was perfect for just me. it had a New York ambience. I'm going to miss it. Staff was unbelievably accommodating. Lena and Lisa were great! If my job had not relocated, I'd still be there.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. The roach/ gnat problem in this complex is the worst we’ve ever seen. We pay a pest control fee every month but they haven’t been to our apartment at all. The water is always shut off and there will be no hot water at times and the leasing office will not notify you. The a/c didn’t work the first week we lived here. We had to call everyday until they fixed it. The toilets clog every week for no reason so maintenance will always be in your apartment (if they ever answer). Maintenance will also take hours to get back to you. The people that work in
