I had my reservations on the work ethics of the staffers of this apartment until I met Ms Jackie H. She changed my mentality completely with her unbeatable customer service delivery.

I have lived here for almost two years now and I have never been disappointed in the office staff. Especially Ms. Jackie Harris. She is always so helpful, kind and polite. This is my first time living in apartments in over 30 years, so the experience is so new to me. I have to get used to the many challenges of apartment living. So, I'm thankful for Ms Jackie helping me through these challenges.

I went in interested in a 2 bdrm. Ms. Thompson helped me and answered all the questions I needed. I then went a put an application in.,Ms. Thompson was very efficient, and professional. Unfortunately the worst experience ever. I put an application in back in June and was told there were units available. The manager specifically told me on two separate occasions that my unit would be ready on Friday and Friday has come and gone two months plus. Not customer friendly. They tell me the manager is out when she’s not and it takes an application 21 days to go through compliance. DON’T GET YOUR PRESSURE UP TRYING TO MOVE HERE!!!

I've lived here from 2018-2021. Fortunately, I was able to move out this summer to a much better apartment complex. The area itself is moderately up-kept but there's always something broken--from the public elevators to my own apartment unit. The elevators break probably once a month & won't get fixed for weeks. Not to mention they're usually always dirty or smell weird. My specific building is the only building accommodated enough for handicapped residents but is always broken & I can't help but think about how much worse broken elevators are for them. One time

This is a terrible place!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! My mother lives here, is 87 years old and the elevator in her building hasn't worked for over 2 months. This is totally illegal but they don't seem to care. It has made her apartment bound and she cannot leave because she can't walk the stairs. The office will not answer calls or respond to requests. This place needs to be condemned!!!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have loved and recommended this place to all my friends! However, in the last 6 months this place has turned to 💩 Maintenance orders aren’t being handled for weeks, the front office is extremely rude, unprofessional and has attitudes. The staff that used to be there was amazing and would work with the… renters but the turnover rate at this office is ridiculous. This apartment complex has gone downhill since opening. I have lived her for 3 years.DO NOT MOVE HERE. Packages get stolen ALL the time. The apartment complex could careless. They no longer accept packages to be delivered to the leasing office and basically said it wasn’t their problem and I just had to deal with it. There’s new property managers… and employees every month. Half the time you call and no one answers the phone. You leave a voicemail and no one returns the call. I do not recommended the Veranda for anyone looking to call “home”. My grandmother was told she had a unit the first week of June, on the 4th floor. Come first week of June we had not heard from the complex. Only to find out they made a “mistake” on their end and gave her unit away. Fast forward a couple of days- they claim she makes to much. After confirming she’d have a unit. 🙃 Do not waste your time with this complex. They’re full of empty promises and misleading information. Save your time and patience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the application process smooth it is very detailed and took longer than most other properties but they kept me involved in the process. They have a new staff and I think they are really great. The new manager Mrs. Powell is very involved and open to talk to when you have an issue. I recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a new place to live. I looked at the other reviews and was a little hesitant about it but the new staff could not possibly have received those because they were great to me. And the maintenance staff is great. They

These apartments refused to give my mom a downstairs apartment after her stroke talking about a waiting list. We had a doctors note telling them about the situation and I guess the person in the office I spoke to felt the waiting list was more important than somebody that has an actual medical condition diagnosed by a doctor. I said all that to say these people up here whoever they are are trash......I wouldn’t recommend anyone moving there especially if you have or someone you know has special needs. Steer clear of this place.

The apartment office staff are rude, except for one girl that seems to actually have customer service skills (I forget her name though). There is new office staff almost every time I go into the office. The entire office staff has completely changed roughly 6 times (not exaggerating) in the 9 months I have lived here.
I have made noise complaints over and over and nothing is done about it.
There are teenagers and kids constantly running around the complex at all hours of the day/night. Some kids egged

The staff is very kind and seem to want to do their job. I wasted a month of my time on this complex because I was told my roommates and I were in the okay but then I get a call saying we are rejected because we are full time students, which isn't true. This place has so many faults that they need to correct.
