I was in Jax beach on vacation. I had just picked up my ring before we left for vacation only to find out that it had been sized wrong by a corporate jewelry store. Gregory’s resized my ring the same day so I was able to wear it the rest of my vacation. They were amazing, thank you so much for the great customer experience!

Awesome place...very nice owners. My wife had a tennis bracket repaired and a safety chain added...looked beautiful. A couple weeks later she snagged the safety chain on something and broke it...we took it back...they fixed it and shortened the chain at no cost and he cleaned the bracelet....it was shiny and beautiful again. I will definitely go back.

I took a sterling silver ring here that I got for my anniversary in February to be resized (and I brought it the day after I got the ring so it was brand new). When I went to pick up the ring, the sizing was perfect. When I got to my car I noticed my stone was completely discolored and brown, and had a good sized crack in it. I immediately brought it back in and the owner tried to play it off as glue and that it would “wear off over time”. When the guy who did the resizing came over, he noticed the crack and let me leave it with them again to fix it. 30 minutes later I get a call back that

After spending over $4,000 dollars in this store, the owner had the audacity to charge me $18.00 for a ring guard! I was completely stunned but paid him. When I came back to pick up my necklace which was on layaway, I brought this to his attention. His memory was very foggy of the incident. However, he remembered the amount of my deposit for the necklace off the top of his head. His wife was very gracious and did refund my money for the ring guard and said they wanted to win my business back. Her husband was pretty silent through the conversation. I also can't help but think there was some homophobia
