Specialized Proper Management has been a great property management company for my condo. The service they provided goes above and beyond what I expected. I recently moved into one of their units. I had a few concerns upon move in. I reached out to Lilly. She was very prompt to respond and very professional. She apologized and assured me that my concerns would be addressed. In 24 hours of Lilly's response I heard from Nena. She addressed and resolved the concerns I had at move in, above my expectations. It is certainly reassuring to know I have a property management team that values their tenants. Specialized Property Management has left a wonderful first impression!
