This place is so great! They took about an hour and 10 min to do a shellac mani and pedi which is perfect for me, not too quick and not too long. Everyone was extremely nice and my nails look amazing two weeks later aside from the normal grow out. I will definitely be back. I didnt have an appointment but my friend and I went in looking to get acrylics and were warmly welcomed by the staff at the roosevelt nail bar!

This is the best nail salon! They pay attention to detail and my cuticles always look amazing after! I usually come here for shellac, and it lasts 3 weeks and looks great until it grows out. They also do lots of dipping powder and have a ton of color options. Lovely staff and owner; I used to come on holiday breaks when I was living on the east coast - they're the best.

I liked the women who did my nails.. I didn't appreciate being charged for a service they didn't provided . I explained to her and the owner didn't really care at all. She cared about her money not the customer service aspect. I was told I will not be charged full price due to I didn't not Receive the full experience. Very disappointed and embarrassed how she handled this matter.

I made a appointment for a full set, I waited 20min before they can start doing my nail.
When is my turn, the lady and I had misunderstand each other, she thought I pick color just to do gel, I thought she ask me to choose color just to put it on full set. So I told her I wanted a full set and she laughed at me.
However, she said you need to book a appointment for tomorrow today we can’t do a full set. So I said I’ll just do gel today, she said no. And kick me out.

Initially, my appointment time was 4:30. However, they contacted me the day of to come in half an hour earlier, which was fine. What was frustrating was that the second we arrived, we were told that they could not do simple designs like ombré and french tip. They then proceeded to rudely rush us in picking a different color and push us every 5 mins. Kept saying that they had other customers to get to and that we had to hurry because we were late even though we actually arrived early at the time they wanted us to come. This was my first time coming to this nail salon, and I'll definitely be back again! I got a gel pedicure, gel mani removal, and SNS dip with extension for a great deal. I felt that my nail tech cared about the quality and the small details of my manicure and offered follow up services if I needed it anytime. She also made recommendations for my mani for both the additional dip and shapes to make sure that my manicure will look the best for my wedding day. I definitely felt pampered and taken care of well during my visit.

First time in for a basic manicure, and deluxe pedicure. Pros: Clean, friendly, easy to book, yummy stuff used on the feet and calves, nice massage. Cons: mediocre nail work. $120 for a french polish on my toes, and just a buff on my nails that looks amateur. Nails are uneven, and the white polish is so sloppy. Oh well, she was sweet.

One thing that I have liked about my many visits to Roosevelt Nails Bar since my early review is that the quality of the service is more consistent and reliable than other places. For that reason, it has been one of my go-to's when I want to take or meet a friend for nails. Calling in to make an appointment for two was easy. Manicurist was over 30 minutes late to my appointment, refused to clean my nails or trim my cuticles- asserted I don’t need it. I had to go home and reshape the nails because they weren’t what I was expecting at all.
The lady was very nice and easy to talk to so I almost don’t want to leave the critical review, but I feel like I should to alert others. Maybe for some people this would be a good place, but I’ll never ever go back based on the quality of the product. The vibe is this: they are nice and very concerned about making money, but lacking a good service/product.

Roosevelt Nails Bar has been my go to nail salon for the past 3 years. I had an extremely frustrating experience today and had decided to never come back again. I called earlier today and asked if I could come in at 6:30pm for a quick dipping powder removal. The owner talked to me on the phone and said that's completely fine. This has been my go to nail spot for over 3 years! I love visiting Tram and her wonderful team. She was the first nail salon I went to that provided a wide range of SNS Dip powder back in 2018. Every time I get dip powder nails they stay beautiful for 4 whole weeks!

Roosevelt Nails Bar is dirty as hell. Nail dust is everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE in this nail salon. If you care about cleanliness, this is not the place for you to do business with. Not to mention their employees are super rushed and rude, too. The person who did my nails did an awful job and rushed me out of my chair. Don't waste your time or money here, you will regret it!

First time visiting was 5 stars. I got powder nails and they did a great job. I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Best powder nails I've gotten in Seattle.
Second time visiting the woman who removed the powder nails used alcohol instead of acetone. My nails were soaking in alcohol for 20 minutes. They didn't tell me until I asked why they were restarting the removal process. My hands ended up feeling extremely dry. I got a regular manicure because I didn't want to deal with the long process again.
The owner seemed apologetic but never actually apologized

Of course, every nail salon has its pros and cons. My original nail salon increased its prices because of Covid19 (which is reasonable) but I decided to try a new salon anyways for fun. My old salon was definitely more friendlier and talkative than this one but I honestly don't mind at all. I'm paying for a good service on my nails, not for someone to chat with me! Decided to treat myself to a mani and pedi. They had plenty of colors to choose from. They offered me red wine --I gladly accepted. I gave it 3 stars because I felt that the manicurist was a tad bit lazy on taking off all the previous gel I had on. As a result a few of my nails have some bumps from my last mani. For the price and tools that they use I wouldn't go back. She did a great job on the shape tho!

This was my first nail appointment since moving to Seattle. The staff were very friendly and remembered my name from making the appointment- that's the kind of stuff that makes you feel like a valued customer! I got a pedicure- first time in a long time! But it was a good experience. The woman did a good job and it was relaxing. The exfoliation and massage portion was longer than I've usually experienced so that was nice too! It felt so good! At first, I was a little anxious getting my the SNS filed down by the drill bits as I overall have not had a good experience with drill filing in the past at other salons. Tram was so gentle and had great attention to detail. I didn't feel any discomfort

For the price, I expected perfect nails. It costs $33 not including tip for shellac nails. As you can see in the picture, my left hand's nails are all kinds of messed up. You can see the layers of nail polish on my second, third, and fourth nail. If you look closely you can see some bumps on my middle nail. I mentioned it to my nail technician but she told me it was normal... She was really nice so I didn't want to annoy her about it if she really thought it was okay. I'm just upset that the price is so steep for that kind of result. I definitely don't think I'll be coming

My best friend and I came in to get our nails done for my wedding! I loved how they did my nails for my special day! The dip polish is my new go to! I don't care for shellac but this is way nicer, still a pain to remove though. The ladies who took care of us were super sweet as well! I made the reservation a couple days prior and couldn't be happier.
When my bestie comes back into town and staying back at her grandpa's, I'm definitely going to see about getting another mani pedi here!
