I tried to make an appointment with a nail tech I always use they said they can’t do that and to call before coming in to see if she is available to me they are jealous at the fact she is better than them and now lost another customer due to unprofessionalism the guy I think he is the manager does not want appointments made only walk ins so sad now I have to take my business else where due to this! Just read the comments they put on negative reviews you can read how rude they are sorry cici not your fault that you work with such unprofessional people!

Went in to get my nails done. They said we are to busy. They said it will be an hour. So I was going to wait and they told me no to come back in an hour. The workers are very rude I will never spend my money there. One of the nail techs there I get my nails done by was not there. She is very good with her clients. So sad I will never go back because of this other two ladies. You don’t understand how rude you ladies were. I understood you were busy. I just asked if I could just wait and you told me NO come back in an hour. So to me that was very rude all I wanted to do is wait in the front till

I got my claws done today with the gentleman (sorry for not remembering his name ). He was very very nice and asked me what I wanted and did exactly that. I’ve been to other salons that always talk me out of my choice and today he simply did it and I am very happy with the end result. I’ve been looking for new salon here in mesa and I think I’ve found it. I recommend this place highly and am a new and continuing customer. I have not a bad thing to say, not one and that’s hard to find these days!!! 👍

Pedicure not worth the money. Didn't do a quality job on mine and my daughter's nail polish didn't even cover her toe nails! I gave clear directions how to file down my damaged nail and still wasn't done well. Paid by Zelle, they said that was alternative to credit card charge. The payment went through in my bank immediately but probably due to it being 6pm on a Saturday, it said pending on his side, and I couldn't delete it. He wanted me to pay again with my credit card despite it having a confirmation number in my bank with Zelle. When I said I wouldn't pay twice he threatened to call the police

I had an appointment at 10:30 and we waited for 30 minutes. No one acknowledged us when we went in. I finally stood at the desk and asked if I was at the right place and the gentleman told me to sit down and waitThen when my pedicure was done the lady was putting my sandals on and I moved my big toe which smeared the wet nail polish. The woman got so mad and the lady next to her said don't try and help us we know how to do it. I also had a manicure and dried for at least 20 minutes and asked if I was done. I then went to get cash from the ATM (5% more unless it's Zelle or cash)and smudged

I have been getting my nails done here for about 7 months and I have never been disappointed. My nails always look beautiful and are strong and last at least 3 weeks. I usually see Tammi but have seen a couple of other techs also with the same wonderful results. The pedicures are equally as wonderful! They use the sugar scrub and hot rocks and my feet look and feel great!

Do not go to this place! Lady cut my cuticle with the electric file when filing down my dip nails. She then cut half the length of one of my nails when I specifically told her to cut down to the shortest nails I had. I couldn't get a fake tip put on because I wanted my nails natural clear. My nails are uneven and sharp and there's residue of my old dip still under the clear nails.. She was coughing the whole time, kept apologize by saying she felt bad, and they didn't even offer me a discount for cutting me. I did tip her because she did do a decent job on my toes. My friend and I won't be back

Very nice people but they did an awful job on my toenail polish. I didn't notice until I got home, but my toe nail polish was literally half missing. She only polished the center of each toe nail and missed the edges of my toenails. The only reason I didn't notice it in the salon is because I was too focused on my fingernail lengths being uneven. The toenail polish was very obvious once I actually looked down.
It looks like she just made a thick stripe down with the polish the center of my toe nails and just never bothered to polish the edges of my toe nails.

I started growing my nails long again for the first time in over a year and decided to find a place for a regular manicure while in town visiting family. The filing/shaping was extremely uneven and jagged and I had to ask twice for multiple edges and ends to be smoothed (both before and after polish). The edges were messy, there are a lot of visible brushstrokes and a lot of bubbling in the polish, and two thin coats was not enough for full opacity. Since they were filed again post-polish, the slight end capping was filed off. A ton of people came in shortly after me, so perhaps she was rushing

I went into the Superstition Nails Spa today with two of my friends and we immediately got seated after picking out the colors we wanted. I believe the guy who did my nails was Nahn Nguyen. He was very polite and helpful in choosing how i wanted my nails done! They turned out so beautiful. Also, paying in cash gets you $2 off. If you sign up with the rewards you get 10% your next visit. The inside is very beautiful and all the people are super kind! Finally I have to add in how a rude costumer came in, being insulting and interrupting everyone's appointments by complaining about her nails

Made an appointment to have acrylics soaked off and a healthier alternative allowed. I was very specific. I offered to pay for the removal. I was told "no problem." When I arrived, the tech wanted to drill off the acrylics. I explained about the soak off. She was reluctant. Again I offered to pay. She began the process but the old guy next to her was grumbling. Finally they refused to do it. I was sent away with my nails roughed and the polish coming off one hand. They told me that soaking was a waste of time, even though I was prepared to pay for the time. I have never been so poorly

I'm always on the look for good nail salons that are moderately priced, but are also well skilled with being able to do designs and such. I found this place about a month ago and I've been going back ever since. All the staff are super friendly and very professional! I definitely leaved impressed with every single manicure I get. I love them and highly recommend them.☺

This place is absolutely amazing!! The best nail experience! Johnny does an amazing job in my nails and Be Be is the absolute BEST nail artist! I gave her a picture and she NAILED it!!
The customer service is second to none! They have hundreds of gel colors and their prices are super reasonable.

I just came here to get a gel manicure for my wedding and I'm really unhappy. Half of my nails aren't completely painted and it looks awful. The next day my cuticles were completely shredded looking and not cleaned up at all. :( it looked awful in my pictures for the wedding.
Update: 4 days after my last post, all of the polish came off. The whole nail would just pop off in one piece. I'm really angry about this , huge waste of money coming here.

I've been here several times now and received excellent service and attention. The atmosphere in the salon is gorgeous . You are welcomed in and given a free beverage which makes the whole quality of service more upscale. I've had dip nails on few occasions and been happy , my first upgraded pedicure was spectacular and second to none . Today I'm trying the OPI pedicure. I recommend this nail salon and have already sent two family members who have been thrilled with their nails by Johnny

Superstition Nails is the place to go! Great friendly owners and they know what they are doing. You can trust them and their healthier products. I brought my beautiful daughter here for her Birthday (big bad 13) and Tina was such a delight, she was very patient and meticulous with her new set and engaged in conversation the whole time!
The place is beautiful inside, nice music and a serene water fountain in the waxing room.
