NB Yoga & Wellness (NBYW) is a unique boutique studio specializing in private, semi private, small group yoga classes, and live streaming classes for people who want the healing benefits of yoga without the pressure of trying to "keep up" in faster-paced classes. Our classes are designed to encourage students to practice in a way that feels good in their bodies.
Private sessions are customized to meet the individual needs of the practitioner and can be a support for working through injury or illness. Our virtual on-line studio and content library extends our class offerings into the privacy of your own home. NBYW sees yoga as an integral component of your self-care regime and a lifelong practice that will support you through life transitions.

Services
Interested in yoga since 1999, Nicole began teaching yoga in 2009. She has since gone on to attend many other yoga trainings and is certified to teach Vinyasa, Therapeutic and Yin Yoga, and Yoga for Osteoporosis. Nicole believes commitment and consistency are the keys for anyone wanting to see the true benefits of yoga and believes if you have a body there is a type of yoga for you.
This membership program provides access to Studio Live Stream classes we offer weekly (via Zoom - in Pacific Time). Both the Studio Live Stream schedule and Content Library offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of practitioners, including Gentle Yoga, Mindful Flow, Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, and strength practices.
We offer in-studio and live streaming classes via Zoom. You can register for classes here. If you are registering for a live streaming class, you will receive a Zoom link when you register and then again 20 minutes before the start of class. Gentle Yoga: This soothing gentle class focuses on moving slowly into poses mostly floor-based or seated while emphasizing the use of breath as a tool to remain present and mindful.
