My experience with this company has not been good. you can't get anything fixed and don't call you back in a timely manner. the person that lives behind me has not had water in 3 months, the main line at the end of the road has burst. all they want is the rent money and don't care what kind of condition you are living in.

Liberty Management/Ruth is the definition of a slum lord. Apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Chipping paint everywhere, air conditoners both full of mold and dead bugs, dirt stains all over the walls, bathtub was disgusting and reeked of urine, all of the blinds caked with dust. I had to spend several days scrubbing the entire apartment top to bottom before I could even move my stuff in. The apartment was clean when I moved out, but surprise surprise, they still kept my deposit anyway. They did not give me the opportunity for a walk-through after move-out and gave me no list of deposit

Our apts been infested with roaches before we moved in they neglected too tell my wife who is currently pregnant with our 2nd child when she rented the greystone apt. We’ve been waiting for a apt too open too move into for months one opens they rent it too different people not only will we not be paying rent for may or future months because the amount of damages too our furniture is in the thousands $$ but we will be filing a lawsuit do not rent from Liberty management if you want too evict us go head we w bring a live one too the judge!
