When uploading images to the MLS, it is imperative you have the proper legal rights to use the photos. The Realtracs Certified Photographer Program is a collaboration between Realtracs and approved photographers, and ensures agents and photographers follow the MLS rules and regulations regarding listing images.

I usually dread going to Realtracs ONLY because I've always felt talked-down to, or a bother, to the person at the front desk. Last week I had no choice, I was having trouble with 2 lockboxes. It was my first time meeting Brittany Frierson and WOW what a positive and delightful attitude she has! What I was dreading, turned into me leaving feeling better than I did when I walked in the door. She is an asset to your company, and I want you to know that she is making a difference!
