Beckie Maddux, Lane Womack and two others slap a house on the market of course using the ole place your bids by this date, AS/IS sale! (Ok no big deal, I buy a lot)They tell me there’s ONLY two brothers on the estate and claimed they had their side ready to close! I had a 1031 exchange and cash but Beckie seemed to have no clue what a 1031 exchange was—which is NOT good!
So she tells me they can close ASAP Wednesday —well that didn’t happen,neither did Thursday or Friday!! Come to find out they had SIX siblings that Beckie said she did NOT know about!!!Thank god for my great title guy

While our property was listed my agent, who was absolutely wonderful, changed jobs and gave my listing to another agent with Benchmark. The second agent did not contact us about the property, so we had to make the initial contact regarding the property. Agent was negative toward our property’s value and location; attitude gave us the impression of working for a buyer instead of us sellers; was vague answering questions; and overall not very personable. When you've had previous bad experiences with realtors, you put your guard up and think all of them are the same and that they're only out for themselves. Most unprofessional group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First off DO NOT solicit someone at 6pm on a Saturday night because they took their house off the market several months ago. Especially when your personality and communication skills are poor. I’m sorry “Jacob” from the call center, you sir made sure I will never do business with Benchmark Reality!
