I was moving from out of state and had to get a place nearly sight unseen - putting full faith in the realtor to know my preferences and what I truly wanted. We sold our house on a whim due to the amazing sellers market right now, and were planning to build ourselves. However, while looking around the areas we were interested in we found a few houses we wanted to see and put offers in on. Teri Preston at Team George Weeks is a fabulous agent. She made sure she got to know us and what we were looking for and what we needed. She explained that we needed to get preapproval because the market is still sizzling. She knows the Nashville area well and gave excellent advice on what to put in a bid. At closing, Teri went the extra mile by helping resolve a snag with the title. The mortgage broker was very impressed and so were we. Teri is the best!
