Jacob McGowan and his team were amazing to work with from start to finish. Extremely grateful for their assistance and guidance in prepping, listing and selling our home. I only wish I had found him prior to starting our new build. In the future if I find myself buying/selling again I am most certainly coming to see Jacob with John Jones. Blair Braswell is an amazing realtor. He started off as our realtor and became our friend. We built our house in Mt Juliet while living and working in Chicago. Blair was there every step of the way. From the beginning John and his team made the sale of my wife’s home easy. John used his team of contractors to make repairs and get the home ready and we settled up at closing. Guarantee it helped us to get too of the market for her home.
Not two months later we found a house we liked and they sold my year old home in a weekend and had our offer accepted on our dream home. Angi Morgan was great to work with as well for all of the above.
