I like living here. Its an older apt complex and it is apartment living.So some noise is to be expected but in all Its quiet the grounds are kept up ok. The girls in the office are super friendly, maintenance is really nice too. They have worked very hard to keep things going and getting on hot roofs to fix ac They have welcomed me completely.

Worst mistake of my life, I hated it there I broke my lease they are over priced and not decent looking on the outside the inside get a pass but there was spider webs everywhere inside and out, hot water was never hot even after putting in maintenance request, landlord rude and don’t care about residents in all honestly, my car got broken in 3 times only for the landlord to keep saying report it to the police she claimed there was security on duty though out the night I use to get off at midnight and never saw a security then I come back out in the mornings my car is broken into, the walls are

The worst place to live. It's ghetto you call for a noise or disturbance and they won't do nothing about it. Have crackheads spinning tires at 2 in the morning and they do nothing about it almost hitting my 2 vehicles. They are infested with ants. Oh and our car got stolen the first week were here. The most ghetto place to live. Don't do it you'll regret it.

I am very disappointed with Greentree Apartments my first year here it was great except for someone has stole my Cadillac convertor from my car but other than that I was fine...now this year is a whole different story I had been put in a mechanic request to fix my roof almost 2 whole months ago now I have in total 5 holes in my ceiling leaking water and no one has done anything about them I am not and will not be staying here again

These apartments are a little dated for the price but it’s an ideal location as it is close to shopping malls and restaurants...only lived here about 7 months and it is very quiet. Also the maintenance department is good about fixing reported issues in a timely manner. The noise from neighbors are typical for apartment living as the walls are thin.

I can't speak for everyone else's experience but mine has been pretty good so far. The apartments are actually pretty nice and I've had no trouble getting things repaired that aren't working. The ladies in the office are extremely pleasant to deal with. It does get a little noisy in the parking lot at night due to people arguing and yelling but not enough to bother me.
