On March 6 I was hospitalized due to having an asthma attack. The reason I was getting sick. The apartment had mildew in it. The mildew was in bathroom and bedroom area. My brother's had discovered the mildew. I have work order. For when came into apartment to fix. The heater and air conditioning alot.

The apartment is a fraud .. poor customer service. I don’t see the reason while my deposit of $150 (without moving in or even physically seen the apartment in question) would be held back & not refunded due to decline in application.
It’s so unfair.
The employee on desk never explained in details the fraudulent policy & was never stated before going ahead with d application. We have been to other apartments and see how things are been done rightly. Paid $275 for application fee, admin fee & deposit & non was refunded.. who does that ?

I lived here for 4 years in multiple apartments. Three one bedrooms and a two bedroom. When I lived in my first one bedroom (smaller style) i had no problem with bugs for 6 months until a new person moved in. Then I started seeing them more frequently. They would spray when I requested but I understand that's a hard thing to get control of. Then I moved to the larger one bedroom before the end of my lease. Loved it! Not a single bug ever. Lived there almost a year then we decided to move to a bigger two bedroom. Horrible idea. Building 12 was so infested with bugs. I couldn't relax it was so horrible

Do not move here out of all the places I moved this was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I literally wasn’t even living here for an month after 2 weeks my apartment was crawling with rats. I told the staff about the problem they did nothing about it. The maintenance people are terrible here they are out dated apartments they don’t look as good as the pictures show. No ceiling fans in the apartment I had rats eating up on my clothes and pooping on my clothes. This place is terrible not safe too live here this is a mistake too live here they are not good apartments.You will be making a huge

I lived here for almost 2 years and didn't have many issues. They are old, outdated and small for what you pay for. I moved out almost 2 months ago and called to see when I would get my security deposit back and the lady said I OWE THEM MONEY because they had to clean the carpets. I cleaned my apartment before I moved out. Such a complete joke!! DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS.

Overall I like this apartment complex, my experience has been positive. From day one the office staff made me feel comfortable and always explained exactly how everything operates here . I use the resident website for any maintenance issues“ . Maintenance crews very professional, they take the time to explain what they did to correct the problem. Fast response times . There is plenty of covered parking , would recommend renting here.

I have lived in this complex since 2001. I can't believe the negatives I'm reading here, though I know everyone has different experiences. What I will say: free carport parking to protect your car, grounds mowed and landscaped without fail every week, owned by same stable mgmt company since I've been here, maintenance responds promptly to the few repairs I've needed, all office staff are super nice, apartment is def affordable if you research N. Arlington. Plus, one bedrooms come w washer/dryer at no extra charge, apts are quiet and peaceful, and I've never had a pest problem of any kind! Certainly

I've lived here now for 3 years. It's not the most "high end" place to live but it does it's job. They do have events every once in awhile.'The office managers have been the same since I've first moved in. They don't screw around but they are willing to work with you where they can.
It's fairly inexpensive and of course not without it's flaws. 3 different pools so if one is too crowded you can check out the others.
It's in North Arlington to so I feel like that's a good part of town.

I had no problems as long as I stayed in these apartments. The staff made sure that my work orders were put through and worked on, and they were also very nice. The only reason I moved is because I needed to upgrade to a bigger space with more modern appliances that stayed in my budget. I was here for almost 2 years.

I have lived here going on 3 years, and the complex raises the rent every end of lease, but. My appliances are old and broken they repair them, but they will not upgrade them. They charge more on the rent but no carpet cleaning, no upgrades or anything for the extra charge only that you get to live here. The property is clean, and quiet, that's nice! So that's why I give it 3 stars.
