I loved living at 35 Folly for the past 2.5+ years. The leasing office staff as well as maintenance were always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and always accommodating. 35 Folly has great amenities that I will definitely miss. The apartments are up to date with new appliances and nice modern finishes and the common areas are just as nice. Even the other residents who live there are friendly. The office does a great job of planning events, food trucks, and other things to engage the residents (hello, pet of the month!!). My sister, pup, and I will miss living here and definitely recommend

Where to start! It's my four year anniversary at 35 Folly. I love it here. Management is great and the staff is just wonderful. I travel a good bit for work and everyone is always so accommodating when I'm away and need anything at all. If something isn't working right, they immediately reach out. Haley and Kyle are so kind, considerate and they work so hard. They always ask how I'm doing and if I've been gone for a while they welcome me back. One anecdote I'd like to share: My freezer wasn't working properly and I put in a maintenance request (things happen!). I came home early from a work trip

Great experience while moving in! The staff and management were very accommodating with myself and the movers. The moving truck was able to park within a few feet from my apartment; therefore, it was very easy to unpack with no issues. 35 Folly is a beautiful complex and the neighbors are kind/respectful.

The staff is great! They respond to my requests very quickly literally up to a 24 hour turnaround time. They keep the premises clean inside and out. The leasing office staff are friendly. They Arwen always willing to provide information and they are so pet friendly (they give my little indie treats and rubs all the time). The office communicates any technical difficulties and it’s in a great location between downtown, folly, and West Ashley. The community here is amazing, I am new to Charleston and I have only been here for 9 months but they residents have expanded my friend group. Great place

I was made aware that a fire alarm test (scheduled for yesterday originally) was moved to tomorrow. This is during business/school hours. I have a final exam presentation due, where I need to speak to my classmates with my group members during the 2 hour testing time. I can't have a fire alarm sounding off and on for 2 hours tomorrow between this time. There is also a major COVID spike happening and no where for me to safely complete this final exam besides my home that I pay a fortune in rent for. No solution was offered, no accommodations, NOTHING.

Great staff who always does their best to accommodate their residents. The location is perfect no matter where you need to go. Dog friendly community and the staff loves to love on the fur baby residents. COVID and a lightening storm have caused some hiccups but the staff continues to do whatever they can to fix any issues. Read the previous reviews, please keep in mind the pandemic and the market constantly changing, it's been a crazy year for everyone people. 35 Folly is a wonderful place to live, would recommend any day!

I've been living here for almost a year now and I must say I will not be renewing my lease here. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear a pin drop at all hours of the day and night. Out of 30 million phone calls of someone playing the drums at 2am every night, the officer failed to show up. The front office staff members are rude and aren't helpful when it comes to filing complaints. Dana, went as far as trying make excuses for the noise, even though I had proof with videos.

Such a great location with truly beautiful grounds, but parking can be tricky and the management is iffy. The pool is also pretty creepy to hang out at as it's completely surrounded by everyone's apartments.
It's disheartening when you pay such high rent to essentially live in an adult dorm. At night when you're trying to sleep, you might get the thrill of hearing your neighbor's surround sound for a very action packed movie in one room and in the other, the dumpster is on a sensor and will go off at any time. Neighbors are mostly inconsiderate of others as far as balconies

Leasers - PLEASE beware. The "management's" comment on my last review further upsets me. Valerie gave us a final bill, and then Kyle changed it. If anyone wants to see my email correspondence with Kyle and Dana to show that we acted in good faith, I am very happy to share it with anyone. Flournoy should retrain this staff, as they are insulting and demeaning, even when they are wrong. PS. Ask me if we paid in full, even on our disputed charges.... yes. We have in fact. We have ALWAYS acted in good faith with this company.

I have lived at 35 Folly for 2 years and rent a similar unit from Greystone in Savannah, GA. I love the office and maintenance staff at 35 Folly they are always responsive in a timely manner, friendly and have great programs for residence. They work diligently to maintain a great community. The only negative is not recycling.

I had a less than helpful experience trying to lease an apartment at 35 Folly. I found the process to be unorganized and disjointed which ultimately led me to withdraw my application especially after dealing with an outright rude leasing agent. Interesting that several of the reviews reflect this same experience. I'm still awaiting a refund from 35 Folly which has now taken over 6 weeks with no movement. I would like to get this finalized as soon as possible.

While I have never lived here, I was frustrated and annoyed at their rental strategy. I took a tour(which the tour guide was 20 minutes late on the phone) and rushed us through. I liked the property, and the tour guide/leasing agent reported I will get a quote on price by tonight via email. I thought it was strange, but I waited and never got it. I then went with my roommate two days later because she was interested in seeing it, they then quoted us a price that seemed high, and explained it was because we let the original $1849 offer expire after 24 hours. We knew not if the original quote or

What better place to check in than at home! And this is an apartment that feels like living in a hotel! Multiple fire pits and grills for any time you want to have a cook out. A pool table and a lovely pool for when the weather is nice which, in Charleston, is often! It is a pet friendly apartment complex where the staff is so nice to even offer to walk your dog if you are out all day! A very well maintained property where everything is clean and fixed in a timely manner. I just moved to Charleston in August and this is the perfect place to live for me! A great location 5 minutes from downtown
