I did a 12 month lease at Bridgeview! The only reason I moved was due to my job relocating me to the Upstate of South Carolina. Had my job not relocated I would still be a resident! Office staff and maintenance team were very prompt in responding to all of my needs. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone currently in or moving to the Charleston area!

I have to say what an improvement I just now witnessed at Bridgeview Apts. I did not see any broken blinds, windows, or blue tarp on the roof's like I have in the past. It actually is nice to see that my sister and her children are living in a community where you feel safe, and taken care of. You hardly see a piece of trash on the grounds. I really need to know who the landscaping company is because they are doing a fine job. Way to go Bridgeview. I was not scared to drive into the community, or let my children play with their cousins on the playground. I give them 5 thumbs up!

You can tell when you go to a community that is well taken care of. Driving through the community, I can see that the grounds are well cared for, the apartments are clean and the friendly staff works hard to make this a place I am happy to call home. I will be renewing to stay another year at Bridgeview. Both the location and the affordability of our apartment works well for our family.

After relocating to Florida, I made a visit to Bridgeview where I was raised. WOW!!! I cannot believe what I saw. when driving into the community you would never believe that this is the same place as years ago. I had to make It a point to go into the office and let them know how fantastic the Community looked. I was informed that new management took over in 2012 and they are rocking. It takes ppl who truly care to make an improvement such as this. Way to go Vista, and Bridgeview Staff!!!!!!!!

I was at this property in 2012 and was not impressed at all. It didn't seem like a place you would be proud to call home. Since then I have been on this property three times since the new management company took over Vista Capital Management Group. You can tell that the owners and management company work well together and have made a huge improvement to the community. I have talked to several long term residents and they have told me they are so happy with all the changes and are now very happy to call this their home.
