Luxury” is the overstatement of the year when it comes to Meeting St Lofts. Which part is most luxurious? The constant construction in the building? The BLACK MOLD? The piles of trash and discarded furniture outside? The stairwells that smell like urine? Or is it the sarcastic manager that doesn’t know his elbow from his knee? I’ve lived in apartment complexes that cost a fraction of this place and I was 1000x happier with management. Save your money and internal peace because this place is a dumpster fire and will continue to be the case until management changes

We have lived at MSL for over two years. The staff here is the best we’ve ever encountered. Everyone is always super helpful. Daniel, the property manager, is incredible, as is Chanel and the rest of the staff. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed. The weekly events are a perfect way to meet people and we always have the best time. We couldn’t recommend MSL more.

I just moved into the MSL and I cannot say enough about this staff. I’d like to specifically shoutout Maddie! When I got groceries to stock up my new kitchen, she helped me carry them to my unit and we spent the time chatting about restaurants in the area. When she heard my moving company delayed the delivery of all of my belongings, she brought me a bag of kitchen supplies so that I could still make myself a home cooked meal in my new space. I’m blown away by how attentive and caring these community leaders are, and am confident in the decision I made to live at the Meeting Street Lofts.

I had a big issue with “The Merchant” apartments not getting their occupancy permit and learning a few days before my move my apartment wasn’t ready. I had to scramble to find a great spot in 24 hours and the team at meeting Street surpassed my expectations.
I was able to lock down a two bedroom apartment the same day and move in early.
To my extreme satisfaction was how fast they got back to me on Monday morning. I think it was actually before 9 AM with the office not even being open yet. I got an early morning call on Monday morning saying everything was approved you’re good to go and

The biggest draws for this place include safety, quietness at night, activities set up by Jess and Kyle, its proximity to Gale Restaurant and your wonderful, wonderful person in sales and management, Chanel Crooks. She has been a huge help and consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. So friendly.

I love living at Meeting Street Lofts! The common areas are always really clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely nice and they will go out of their way for you. It’s pet friendly but I wish it had a dog park. Meeting street Lofts could also use trash cans in the outdoor courtyard by the leasing office and near the elevators in the parking structure. The apartment life couple host a couple events every month which are always fun. It’s a great centrally location, you’re within 15 min to almost anywhere in Charleston county.

I just renewed my lease at Meeting Street Lofts & have had a very pleasant experience. I lived in Charleston for four years before moving in here, and although I already had plenty of friends in the city, I have met so many new awesome people in the complex. Definitely the place to move if you are coming from out of town or are just social and like living among great neighbors and friends. Having a pool in downtown Charleston doesn't hurt either. Staff is friendly/ place is clean/ maintenance responds quickly/ fun neighbor events. 10/10 would recommend!

I moved in to Meeting Street Lofts about a month ago and it has been the best living decision I’ve ever made! Pet friendly, tons of amenities and there’s always people willing to help if ever needed! The apartment is a great space for me & my dog and it’s right downtown! It’s very safe & secure! The parking garage is a great bonus too, because downtown parking can be really difficult, along with reasonable pricing for everything included!

I have LOVED living here - The amenities are top notch. I especially love the pool, peloton bikes, amazon hub, and the community areas. The staff is absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful! The community is great as well. We love the monthly events to meet our neighbors and get out into the community a bit more.
