When COFC’s spring break started, I flew home to New York with only a suit case and ended up never coming back due to the pandemic. In May, I decided that it was safe enough to drive down to pack up my apartment and move out. I drove 12 hours by myself and a friend met me at 61 Vandy to help me pack. Now, I wasn’t sure where to park since I didn’t want to block the walkway of the back entrance of the building, and the parking lot was half empty (since a lot of students have already moved home due to the virus) , so my friend and I decided to park in two of the empty spots. Hands down the best place to live in Charleston! The location is perfect. It is super close to College or Charleston and downtown. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartments come fully furnished and it is located in a historic neighbor.

Absolutely love living at Vandy. The staff is super friendly and always responds quickly to any maintenance or questions I have. The apartment is in the perfect location for school, shopping, eating, and everything else Charleston has to offer!

A wonderful, clean, safe, and perfectly located apartment for a college student!. Both of our girls live there. One just graduated and moved out after 2 1/2 years. The other is still there!

The people in the leasing office are so nice and helpful. If there is an issue, they will come up right away to fix it and maintenance will be there the next day. They get to know their residents, take care of any issues big or small and it's also a great distance from campus, and the appliances are fantastic. The employees there really make it a nice place

I just started living here and absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My apartment met all my expectations, especially how spacious it is and all the furniture it comes with!! Can't wait to spend the rest of my college years here!

I have nothing but great things to say about this property! I am looking for a place to move in for next year, and they are more than accommodating. The staff is amazing and the property is beautiful! I can't wait to tell my roommates all about it!
