Sound Mind & Body
Each session is approached with respect, honesty, empathy, experience and professionalism and is specific to your needs. Stress, anxiety, a lack of sleep and an endless to-do list can impact our mental, as well as physical state. When we are out of balance we may feel it in the form of physical or emotional pain or discomfort.

Transition your mind and body into a place of relaxation and meditation with our sound therapy, private, semi private and group yoga classes, or discover a place of wholeness and tap into your body's natural healing powers with therapeutic massage & bodywork.
Services
I was first introduced to massage in 2004 and from the very beginning I knew it would be a life long relationship. Massage therapy became a passion for me, and with that came a better understanding that good health doesn't just happen; it's the result of a balanced life style. Proper sleep, nutrition, water, physical activity and a positive mental attitude are all essential to maintaining this balance.
Transition your mind and body into a place of relaxation and meditation. Gongs, Singing Bowls and Tuning Forks use their vibrational energy to shift your body into a more complete, harmonious state. Each session is approached with respect, honesty, empathy, experience and professionalism and is specific to your needs.
One, some or all of the folowing techniques may be used in your session. Give your mind and body a state of total ease ~ gentle kneading, long smooth strokes and easy stretches bring you to a healing place. Chronic tension calls for focused, more intense work to loosen bound muscle and release troublesome knots.
Sound therapy has many benefits and as we become more aware of just what they are, we are becoming more accepting of its holistic approach to relaxation and healing. It offers the perfect solution to reducing the everyday stresses of modern life. Sound therapy is used to facilitate a shift in your brainwave state through frequency, vibration and entrainment.
Yoga is an ancient practice that has its origins in India sometime around 3000 B.C. It was developed as a way to achieve harmony between the heart and soul and seeks to cultivate discernment, awareness and self-regulation. Yoga is both a spiritual and a physical practice that uses breathing techniques or pranayama, postures know as asanas and meditation to improve your health and happiness.

Jean is such a gifted healer. I had a session where she played bowls, gongs and other instruments and I felt restored and peaceful. Her space is a little oasis above Natick Center.

I have now had 2 massages with Jean and plan to go every month! She is an Amazing massage therapist! Jean knows instinctively what I need and it is the most transformative experience. I actually have never been… a “massage person” but that has now changed! I feel the immense benefits after the massage - my body is completely relaxed and I felt no tension at all - physically and mentally! I can not recommend Jean enough!

About two weeks ago I went into see Jean after a really tough apartment move, and continued stress from that move. When I arrived to her office everything was so relaxing and beautiful. She had amazing décor and artwork, plus tranquil water sounds from a water machine. As soon as I arrived in she truly put me at ease. She was extremely professional and the massage was absolutely amazing! I have been to several different massage locations in the past and Jean's was by far the best and my absolute favorite! She really listens to you and focuses on what YOU need as a client, not what she wants to

I cannot recommend this spa enough. From the moment I stepped into the second I left, I was treated very professionally, and courteously, and I felt instantly relaxed. If you want a real treat, this is the place!!! Jean was really good.
