We are offering live in studio classes in 4 week sessions! If you would like to come to a single class please email the studio to check on availability. The studio offers a wide array of personal wellness services including Private Yoga Instruction, Yoga Therapy, and CranioSacral Therapy. Cathy Mann has a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience in the healing arts.

Founded in 1996 by yoga teacher Cathy Mann, The Yoga Studio of Millis offers seven days a week of classical hatha yoga based on the Iyengar method and a variety of other yoga classes, including teacher training.

We also offer one of the Franklin region's deepest selections of healing therapies, including Yoga Therapy, Private Yoga Instruction, Positional Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy as well as a dynamic schedule of informative workshops on meditation, nutrition and health and wellness issues to help people at all ages restore the body, mind and spirit.
We believe in giving individual attention to each practitioner. We love to answer all your questions, hear your ideas and concerns, and give suggestions on your practice. Each class is taught with intention and awareness, customizing for each student. We have seen the power that yoga and wellness can have for personal transformation and our teachers are committed to help you achieve and sustain it.
Cathy Mann offers the Franklin/ Medfield, Massachusetss area and the Long Branch, New Jersey area, a variety of wellness therapies and healing arts to open up new energy channels, eliminate chronic body aches and alleviate stress. The Yoga Studio works to increase your knowledge of healing your body and mind by offering the Franklin and MetroWest region regular wellness workshops throughout the year. Our healing workshops are open to the public and cover a broad range of topics, from nutrition to spiritual teachings to meditation techniques that significantly enhance the quality of your daily life.
The tuition and/or deposit is 100% refundable before training begins. Once training commences, the $600 deposit is nonrefundable and the remaining tuition is refundable during the first month of training. After the first month, there are generally no refunds but deferment, as available, for a future training.

Cathy and all the teachers at the Millis Yoga Studio are great. They are not only SO kind and friendly but they are fantastic at teaching both yoga for the body and mind. Highly suggest completing a Yoga Teacher Training here!

The instructor was not very welcoming. She pointed out every mistake I made in front of the whole class. It was my first class there and it made me very uncomfortable to have her announce everything she didn’t like about my poses and my even my mat. I bought a groupon for a bunch of classes and never went back after the first one because I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place unless you like uppity judgmental people.

If you have been thinking about taking a yoga class for a while...stop thinking about it and get to this studio! After 8 weeks of taking classes I wish I had been practicing for my entire life - it feels that good!

Having been to many different studios that focus on the "workout" aspect of yoga I thoroughly enjoyed the more relaxing atmosphere and was really able to get more out of my poses. During my second class here I was able to learn head stand into crow and side crow! Super awesome place with really nice teachers
