Golden Light Yoga classes are small; students get a lot of personal attention. The studio atmosphere is total acceptance and comfort; we give detail instructions on how to be in perfect alignment with yoga positions. We provide the inspiration needed for you to achieve greater lightness, enjoyment and endurance in all yoga positions.

Breathwork is a private or small group session to help you activate energy and to help you trust the natural expression of what arises from the wisdom of your own body. Services
This workshop will take you through a series of poses designed to release tension in your body in a safe and gentle way. There will be only 8 poses, which you will hold for 5-8 minutes. Props are used to provide support so that your body can release and let go of tension beyond a simple sensation of stretch.
