2020 has heightened our understanding of how we are all connected. We are more fully committed to our mission of giving and healing. We have been active with Roots & Wings Branching Out, to initiate programs and expand access to wellness services that enhance the quality of our living through individual sessions, classes, workshops and community events.
In November, we hosted Spirit of Giving week. Teachers offered donation-based classes which brought in nearly $600 toward Branching Out. Also, since the pandemic, we have provided 8 healing arts sessions, supported someone to become Reiki certified, arranged for 3 people to attend workshops, and provided numerous slots for people to join our yoga and meditation classes.

Services
At Roots & Wings, the Tea Room has become a place to share personal musings, wisdom, stories, jokes, and even chocolate. We wish you all could be in the room with us so that is why we decided to create this blog, which we are calling Tea Room Conversations. The concept of Tea Room Conversations practically developed itself.
For your convenience, we have many products available for purchase at Roots and Wings. See an instructor, practitioner, or call us to arrange a time to purchase anything: 508-315-8088. Give the one you love a massage, ongoing yoga and movement classes, acupuncture, an intuitive or tarot reading, or let it be their choice from our extensive list of services.
Roots is on the lower level. It has a warm, earth feel with hardwood floors and three raised windows with view of the tree tops. Come in the back door, it is on your right or enter in the front, walk down the hall to take the stairs to the lower level. Follow the hallway on the lower level to the Roots Studio on the left.
Events only are listed below. For a full schedule of classes and events, see our schedule. Stay tuned and check back often as we add solstice events, sound healing circles, dance nights, and more. The list below is sorted by the date. In general, these are unique, one-time events. To see ongoing classes of many kinds, see our classes list.

Ive been taking Mindfulness Stress Reduction with Marci Zieff for more than two years. Not only does taking a class or two a week strengthen your own daily practice, but you will discover different ways of looking at the “same old” problems. Very gentle, positive discussions are expertly lead by Marci. All discussions of a problem are non-judge mental and help to expand your own meditation.

A million thank you's Roots & Wings Staff, Yogis, students, and friends for filling your bin (several times); you all played a very important part in helping so many other women in need. <3

I love it when I become a "convert" to something that I originally was not a fan of....and acupuncture....in particular...acupuncture administered by Geralyn is one of those examples. I had previous gone to an acupuncturist and was not impressed. I found no measurable improvement in how I felt after several sessions with this care giver and thus I… assumed, incorrectly, that the entire practice of acupuncture was a waste of my time and money. NOTHING could be further from the truth when I "convinced" myself to give it one more try with Geralyn about a year later. I was suffering...and I
