Serendipity brought me to PeaksandPoses where I had one of the best meditations ever, and after sending our group "Om" out to the beautiful Universe, she echoed it back from the mountains among us. What an amazing experience. PeaksandPoses offers soul nurturing events, classes, workshops, and community - from cooking, to trail yoga, to the POWER UP PROGRAM.

We often face "mountains" in front of us - challenges that require our willingness to step out of our comfort zone, - try something new, persevere, and conquer. We know that when we push ourselves we are growing. I founded PeaksandPoses in 2014 to join two of my passions: yoga and hiking.

Stretch, breathe, balance, flow and salute the sun. This class is for everyone! Through breathwork and an asana practice, this class will help you transition from day into evening. Nancy introduced me to yoga and is the bar to which I have compared all my experiences since. She is by far an amazing teacher who brings not only health but richness of mind and soul to her practice and to those she teaches.
