Today, OcuSight has grown to over 13 providers offering care at four convenient locations throughout Rochester and Monroe County. Cataract surgery, including presbyopia correction (to reduce your need for reading glasses after surgery) utilizing premium intra ocular lenses, corneal surgery, glaucoma management and surgery, diabetic exams & laser surgery, as well as comprehensive eye exams. Dr. Mogan's interests include cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, tear ducts and orbits in both adults, and the pediatric population, with an emphasis on maintaining overall eye health. Cosmetically Dr. Mogan is adept at creating a more "Youthful you" not a "New you" by utilizing a conservative approach to surgery, laser skin resurfacing, botox and facial fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm.

I had SMILE (the new LASIK) done by Dr. Tingley this morning at 9am, here is it's 245pm and I am seeing a whole new world! He told me I was considered"legally blind" with my eyesight, even tho I wore glasses and contacts I was tired of them, I still never felt my vision was perfect. This doctor and his staff were absolutely AMAZING! I CANT thank them enough! They made me feel so incredibly comfortable through the whole procedure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR EYE CARE!

Husband brought our son there for an eye exam today. Appointment was at 11 am. Husband and son arrived at 10:45 am as instructed. They were placed in an exam room by a nurse at 11. Doctor did not enter exam room until 12 pm! He gave my son dilating drops and told them that they had to wait another 20 min. Doctor/RN couldn't give drops when they initially put him in a room???? Ridiculous. Poorly run office. Will be finding a different eye doctor for my son.

I had a very bad experience with the "store" part of the Ocusite business. I've always been very pleased with the doctor, I've seen him for more than 10 years. But recently I had to buy a new pair of glasses at the store and was just treated very poorly by a store staff member. She recommended a product that just wasn't working for me and ended the experience in a very unprofessional manner, not looking to help me with my problem, just get me out the door. They must work on commission pay -- very non-customer service oriented and rude.

If I could give no stars I would. This practice does not know what they are doing. No one in this office apparently understands how insurance works.They will schedule visits, waste your time. Take your co-pays all for nothing. Eventually you will be forced to go elsewhere to find competent care. All they seem to care about is grabbing every last cent that they can. No regard for the patient at all. Total arrogance!

I first visited the Ocusight office in Webster to have the field of vision test to see if I qualified to have a blepharoplasty (lid lift) for medical reasons. Doctor Rosenberg came highly recommended to me by several people. during the exam he said I also needed to have a brow lift. Since I tested outside the normal eye sight I assumed my major medical would pay for the procedure. That was my first mistake as they scheduled my surgery before clearance was received by my insurance company. A big part of my frustration occurred with them but then I rescheduled the procedure for a few weeks later
