At Webster Eyecare your doctor will perform a full evaluation of your eyes, including a determination of your eyeglass and/or contact lens prescription, as well as, a complete eye health exam. This includes assessing intraocular pressure for glaucoma and a dilated exam to assess the health of your retina, optic nerve and macula.
Dr. Shari L. Gustin, O.D. moved to Webster and founded Webster Eyecare Associates in 1994. She, along with her husband Michael, purchased the practice from Dr. Robert Brennan who owned it the previous 30 years. Dr. Gustin feels a private practice setting allows her to provide professional care in a comfortable environment where she can build long-term relationships with her patients.

Our expert licensed opticians will help you select the best frame to enhance your individual facial features and lifestyle. They provide a wide selection in all price ranges. They also provide a large selection of frames just for kids.

The appropriate testing will be performed to maintain optimal vision and prevent vision loss. Our state of the art diagnostic equipment will ensure an accurate diagnosis at the earliest stage. Surgical consults are routinely performed for cataract, laser vision correction, and eyelid surgery. Our doctors also provide pre and post-op care for cataract and LASIK eye surgery.

This place has refused me Medical Services which is illegal against New York state law I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and they will be putting in a full investigation I will make sure that this place gets shut down if they do not change their mindset about treating me they told me I could not come back to them because I called the ambulance to go to hospital ridiculous reason to refuse someone service

My daughter and mother have been going here for years, if not a decade! I decided to go there as well hence they went there! The secretary is rude and unprofessional, literally tried arguing with me. Needless to say I’m going else where and they(Webster eye care) wouldn’t even give me my prescription which is technically illegal if I’m not mistaking?? Which is why the lady tried arguing with me😂Oh, this was all over the phone of course, not in office!

Not impressed.. When picking up my glasses I was asked what kind I wanted I wasn’t even allowed to look at any options then he pulled a pair out and said that that’s what my insurance would cover and that I wouldn’t have any options I couldn’t even try on any pairs he said due to Covid.. it was my first time going there, and the owner aka guy who works for the glasses made jokes about being fake disabled not knowing that I had a disabled child at home. He seems to think that he’s very amusing personally I don’t find him funny at all.. I tried calling several times to schedule appointment

Absolutely the BEST optometrist appointment I have ever had. I have gone to larger practices over the years.. but since I moved to the next county I decided to look for a Network provider closer to home.
My exam was excellent. State of the art tools used throughout the exam. I am looking forward to picking up my new glasses when they are ready.
And the best part was Dr. Jason Hochreiter & his staff. They were ALL so very kind & considerate.
I plan to share this experience with many of my clients who are on Medicare plans because this was the BEST optometrist experience I have ever had.

The doctors are excellent and spend as much time as needed explaining what you need to know. They all go above and beyond their required "duties"! I love this place, I really do...but tonight I had a disappointing experience. I needed my lenses switched out due to some crazing. I called to make an appointment a week in advance and the receptionist scheduled me for 6:30. I get there early (5:30), only to be told that they don't cut lenses past 4pm. Well, I live in Geneva and work in Macedon. My commute home is 50 miles from Webster. It'll be another 2 weeks minimum before I can reschedule that appointment and I don't have a secondary pair of glasses either.

Shari, Mike, and staff are always welcoming and courteous. We had a slight mix up in our appointment and they kindly accommodated despite a busy afternoon before a holiday.
My family lives overseas and we continue to come back to Webster Eye Care Associates each year for our exams and new lenses or frames. Shari provides thorough exams and information on our family's eye health. Mike will bend over backwards to help you find the right look and high-quality lenses and frames for a good price.
We could get lenses and frames for much less money where we live, but you can't beat the quality and service

I switched to Dr Gustin several years ago when my previous eye doctor joined up with a MegaPractice. All of a sudden, the personal service was gone and I was just a number to be rushed through the exams to maximize their profits. None of that with Dr Gustin - this is real, caring personalized service! You can tell she is genuinely interested in her patients and treats them in a professional manner. I would be pleased to recommend her!

I was shopping for glasses & walked in. From that moment the staff was friendly & welcoming. I had never been there before. Michael Gustin helped me find a great pair of glasses & I couldn't be happier. He was kind & knowledgeable. I had previously shopped the "big box" places & didn't like the impersonal way I was treated.

I have had eye exams by both Dr. Shari Gustin and Dr. Amanda Sanford. Both Doctors were very professional, the staff was courteous, and answered all my questions. Mike Gustin took an exceptional amount of time with me and was very good at fitting me with glasses. Mike also is an avid outdoors-man, community minded person and helped me get some very nice shooting glasses for my various outdoor activities.
