Balloon Payment - A balloon mortgage can reduce your monthly payments but may require refinancing at the end of the term. Do not deposit any funds into your bank accounts if you cannot verify where the deposit came from. An example of this is receiving a $5000 loan repayment in cash from a friend and depositing the funds into your checking account.

I would give Axle Mortgage 10 stars if I could! When it comes to Knowledge, Integrity and Service, Jim @ Axle Mortgage is second to none! I did think about Axel Mortgage at first because I did a refi with Jim 15 years ago, but wanted to shop around, so I did, and I found that none of the others (3 of them) could match what Jim was able to do for me, especially when it came to customer service and no bait and switch!

I was recommend by a friend to try out Axel Mortgage if I was looking to refinance and it was a great recommendation. I felt like the whole loan process was explained to me very well, which really gave me a lot of confidence in the choice I made. My wife and I just purchased a house last month and we used the services of Jim Merrill at Axel Mortgage. We had a situation with the property we were selling in another state that caused huge delays in our contingent home purchase in Arizona. Jim never stopped working hard for us and his constant concern for how we were doing with everything definitely went above and beyond a customer/client relationship.
