I've had several minor incidents, very minor and mostly of my own doing. The maintenance personnel here are excellent, very professional and all concerns have been met speedily. I can't say enough about the care and consideration they've shown me. Barbara, Thanks so much for your review. We're thrilled to hear that you have been a happy resident and hope to keep you as a satisfied resident for years to come!

Lexington Commons '"A" Bldg Elevator is down again, just fixed again after being down the whole weekend, and down the week before that, and down the week before that. These elderly people are stuck on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no help whatsoever.. They are stuck and cannot get out to go anywhere. GOD forbid a emergency should come about… (fire, etc), some people are on dyalysis and have serious health issue. This is like a death trap for the eledry resident. Serious help is needed to help the residents that live here. The manger is now stuck in the "A" building .🤨🤨

Lexington Commons could improve By Hiring a Property Manager who is NOT A Nasty, Deceitful, Uncaring, Vindictive, Liar. Ursala is the WORST Property Manager a complex could have. She lacks the professionalism required to handle issues and complaints in a timely fashion and doesn't care about the quality of service or living conditions of the residents.
