We are a 26 year old family mortgage company that makes real estate loans that the banks or traditional lenders don't do, or they don't do fast enough. Think of Kenwood as a reliable source for $50,000 to $5,000,000 by Friday. Sometimes we really do work that fast, and we've been doing it for more than 26 years.

Mark began his lending career in 1993 as V.P. of one of the largest private money lenders in the Pacific Northwest and co-founded its portfolio of income funds. After growing the company into one of the nation's largest, he relocated with his family to Scottsdale to further expand company operations.
Randy began his real estate career as a Real Estate Loan Analyst at the United Bank of Denver while attending the University of Denver College of Law night school. Upon graduation from law school, he worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Denver and San Diego for two years specializing in real estate partnership accounting and valuation.
Rose began her financial career with 12 years in the banking industry and served as Branch Operations Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and Assistant Vice President - Operations Manager for Westmark Savings Bank. She transitioned into the title/escrow industry where she spent the following 15 years as an escrow officer managing various escrow/title company offices from California to Arizona.

Randy and his team are awesome to work with. We were within days of closing on a conventional loan and had to switch gears due to the condition of the home. Randy was responsive and very easy to deal with. The transaction was done very quickly and we still closed on time. Fast forward 2 years later and we just re-financed into a conventional loan. There were no surprises throughout our loan duration, payoff was simple and we even received Christmas cards from Randy's team. Would highly recommend Randy's team for anyone in need of unconventional financing.
