IC Property Management is a full service management company incorporated in 1998, however the experience of managers Ivan and Betty stretches over 45 years combined. That experience provides us with the skills necessary to simplify property ownership as well as the rental experience of the tenants who live in the multi-family properties we manage in Southern California.
Our smaller size allows us to provide more personalized services to property owners as well as the tenants who live in their buildings. In order to keep ourselves on our toes, we work with owners on a month to month basis. We keep our doors, and records open to property owners in hopes of forming long term relationships through customer satisfaction, not because anyone feels "stuck" in a contract.

Do not work with this unprofessional company. When our windows were replaced they had the window AC units taken out and promised they'd send a tech to put them back in. Nope. We were left without AC in 90+ degree weather for over 24 hours. A HUGE oversight on behalf of Miriam Zuniga who handles maintenance. Do not rent from their properties or employ them as management.

They are very unprofessional and will take your application fee for nothing. They never updated me with my application status, only for me to find out myself a week later that the property was taken off their site, and when I called them, I was told that the owner decided to rent it to someone else without even processing my application. In this case, they also refused to refund the $30 application fee, while not providing me with the free credit-check report, which should have come through regardless of the result of my application.

I’ve dealt with many property companies especially those with a vast majority of people. However by far this has got to be the worst one. I met with the manager in charge of the property rental and he himself gave me a 5 page application which I filled out, twice one for me and one for my sister who was going to rent with me. I drive all the way to their office only to have the office clerk tell me that the application I was given was the incorrect one, and she wouldn’t accept. With all of that I agreed to fill out AGAIN, but before she gave me the application she made sure she tells me “mam

I've been living here for 3 to 4 years already and the maintenance team is so awesome, yes, they raised my rent, and hopefully they don't raise it anymore, because I'm not sure if I'll be able to pay it lol, but they always respond so quickly if you have any issues. I just love the IC property team, they work fast, and hustle to make sure you feel comfortable at home. They're amazing rent one of their units!

I used to live in 532N New Ave. in Monterey Park for over 7 years, the apartment Owner changed few years before I move out, and the new owner Vicky transferred the management to ic property. When I move out, I didn't get my full deposit back, they use all the lawful excuse to not return your deposit, and they never reply your request unless you follow up with them. Awful experience with them, pleas avoid!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Especially Ivan, he will lie and bully you. He has trespassed In to my property, and has harassed me and lied to me, he has bullied my gf around when i was not present. He is no good . He trespassed into my property when he had no right to . He knows the laws and codes and he just wants to stay blind to them. I am going in on Monday to file charges against this dishonest rude man. He thinks he can just do whatever he wants and get away with it. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANY HE DEALS WITH.
