I regret A LOTT not checking the google review of this property management before I submitted an application about 10 days ago. Just like some of the reviews mentioned below, they give false hopes and just wanted to keep you hanging on thinking you might get the place when they are not interested in renting it to you. If they don't think I'm a good fit, they should just let me know right away. Instead, I called several times and every time there's a different answer on my application status (Don't even think about emailing them, they only respond to my email asking for my ID and proof of income

People have a lot of negative things to say about this company but I am going to be honest I have been a tenant for 4 months. They worked with me out the gate, have honestly addressed all of the issues big and small I have had without issue. They don’t have to fit your image of perfect professionalism but they get the job done. I had hot water issues twice and the second time I got a brand new water heater the next day. They had the maintenance guy come and give me a new light fixture when all I asked for was a bulb change. I know I haven’t been here long but I wanted to offset the negativity

˜¹They just took our application $. We applied, and didn't hear back, after we chased them, then finally someone contacted us then never came through calling us back as they said they would. It was clear they keept taking application and money from others and give false hopes that you might get the place you are interested in. I would not trust them. It should be illegal to do this.

WARNING!!! IF YOU HAVE A LESS THAN PERFECT CREDIT SCORE AS MANY NOW DAYS MIGHT HAVE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APPLY. They will advise you and even encourage you to apply anyway even with a bad credit score by giving you false hope just to charge you the credit check fee and at the end they will simply let you know the owner decided to go with a more qualified candidate. Come on give me a break! And to top it off I make over 5k a month and still that didn't matter because of my 550 score wich I told them I had and they still wasted my time. Save yourself the headache and just go with a private landlord

Not a good place to work. started friday. Then I come to work on Monday at 9:30 and no one is there. I waited till 10 o'clock and no one came. Then they wonder why all the girls leave. They have gone through about 4 girls working there and they all have left. They complain about mistakes but dont take the time to properly train. The manager already seems like the type to stir up trouble and complains that shes doing my job on top of hers when i barely even started. Not very welcoming and doesnt seem to care about you. They only care about themselves. Not a team orientated office to work for.

All County West is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I applied to one of their apartments around July 25-28. I called several time spoke with office manager (Carla Martinez) who told me "we manage a lot of apartments, receive a lot of applications for other apartments and that we only have 1 underwriter.. so its hard for them to process applications" . What! I could not believe I was told this. I called back serval times NOTHING! Today I called back 20+ days later and was told the found a more qualified applicant. Please don't deal with this company. They are the worst

All County West recently took over management of the property I am living at. Ever since it has been a nightmare getting a hold of someone for maintenance issues. Not only was the new maintenance manager not introduced to the tenants in the building, or given a contact for them. There is NO Emergency line, and its impossible to get a hold of anyone. Other tenants have had leaks go on and flooding in their apt for days before anyone finally got to them. I have had no power in my living room, bathroom and kitchen for going on 3 days now and have been unable to get a hold of ANYONE. RUN AS FAST as

Updating more about All County West since they took over managing the property where I have lived at for 4 years (luckily for me, the bulk of that time the building was managed by someone else).
I am now dealing with a new issue regarding holes (yes holes) in my bathtub that have been there previous to my vacancy and now pose a risk of leakage and mold. I have unsuccessfully been able to get anyone including the property manager, office manager, maint. manager, or anyone to respond to for over a month of logged phone calls, emails, tenant portal and etc. Not sure what else to do besides report

We didn't know what to expect but fortunately the Monterey Park location manager convinced us to give them a try. We are very happy how fast they found desired tenants for us, and took care of a multitude of chores in addition (throwing away trash, disassembling furniture, buying and installing smoke detectors...and etc.). Ross, the manager there absolutely went the extra mile, he makes the company look really good. Thumbs up.
