Our Company has over 25 years' experience in residential and association property management but a few years ago, we became 100% employee owned. We grew up in the areas we now serve and we are proud to have purchased the company we worked so hard to build! Our mission is to provide comprehensive, trustworthy and cost-effective property management services for HOA communities, property owners and investors.

We have over 20 years of experience managing condominiums, townhomes and other homeowner's associations from Orange County to Ventura County. Our approach to property management is simple; be proactive instead of reactive, be available, and always communicate, communicate, communicate!
We offer a full service of HOA Management services. We have an extensive portfolio of Commercial, Apartments, Condos, HOA's, in the South Pasadena area. Our services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each Association. No selling bundled "property management packages". No paying for services you don't want or need.

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. Cardinal Management Group is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to people with disabilities.
Many people believe that a property management company just collects rent and schedules repair calls. At Cardinal Management Group, we know that you deserve much more than that. Seriously one of the worst property management group ever! I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved, Nor Danny or Peter are helpful at all! It sucks that we have to take legal action to get a door fixed since they can’t seem to do it. They ask for extra fees to be paid by a certain date but when it’s the owner asking for something they don’t do it.

Response time to emails or phone calls is absurd.
Either they are incompetent or just don’t care.
When we were closing our realtor and everyone else involved couldn’t believe how difficult Danny was to deal with.
When he does bother to call/email back he often doesn’t even address everything that is asked.

I have been quite pleased with the management Cardinal provides for our HOA. I've personally worked with Danny Padilla and have found him to be consistently responsive to my various emails and helpful in explaining systems processes when working with our HOA's guidelines and such. I believe he provides an unbiased third party opinion when needed when our HOA has questions. Happy to recommend working with this group.

I have to be real, because sometimes if you don't say something, nothing gets fixed. Cardinal had a roofing co. come to demo and replace the roofing on some of the homes in our gated communtity. However they gave us NO notice or heads up. So the roofing co. popped up on Monday morning, lock and loaded and demoed the roof without us being prepared.Then they said the Roofing Co. would take about a week but it was doubled. I mean if the roof has to be replaced, it is what it is. However at least give out a two week notice so everyone can prepare and for example set up the backyard to accommodate for

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
One of the worst management company. Asking for fix something? No way they will not give you answer, Danny Padilla no answer at all and you can expect to get an answer if is fast after a month with no any solution. I have too many complains that can take all day. I regretted to give you one star.

WORSE HOA company I've met. When I shared my experiences with other nearby area residents, everybody has better HOA management team- so, Don't go with this company! The owner is not responsive, unwilling to provide common area issue suggestion or to solve it. Clients pay expensive HOA fee but got limited service.

It took them over a year to replace the lights near the stairs where someone could easily fall or trip, that’s a safety hazard. They never cut the grass in my back patio, the pools have been closed all year. Tell me again why tf I should pay you $390 each month when you literally can’t even do the bare minimum? Where is the money going?!!! The rest of these reviews indicate that a class action lawsuit needs to be opened...

If can give us the option of a “no star” rating, Cardinal management group will get a -5. Their CEO Danny Padilla is arrogant and under-handed in his management style. We had repair requests in our townhouse for a month or two and were never taken care of eventhough he was told personally what needs to be done. His correspondence is rude and often insulting. CEO do not work weekends... hello? We don’t have time weekdays evening to have meetings. We need to make a living to pay our association fee.you know! Absolutely a terrible management company.

Poor management company. All they do is take your money and not doing any maintenance. Takes weeks to replace light or adjust timing. 1/4 of our community light have been on 24 hours a day for weeks and lights still not fixed after over a month. Danny is the worst !
