Impact is by far the most friendly and inviting gym I've ever stepped foot in. Marcus always has such an inviting smile and positive attitude every time I see him. The owner is always encouraging, funny and motivating. Every staff member has been beyond helpful, inviting and has become family to me.

Update:They fixes the sinks but the mens room hasn’t had soap since 11/08, I’m surprised that no one’s died of covid yet.
I don’t understand what we’re paying 60$ a month for. On roughly half the equipment you can’t adjust your seat height because they’re all rusted over, cause you know, it’s totally not an inconvenience to work out with your machine misaligned. I’ve mentioned to the staff multiple times someone should invest in some wd-40 and it’s fallen on deaf ears. The bathrooms are always in rancid condition, there usually isn’t soap in at least 2 out of 3 of the dispensers

1) This gym is designed for those who really enjoy LIFTING & are looking for a more exciting vibe outside of your standard big box gyms. High quality, DIFFERENT machines are available that you won’t find in other gyms. Exciting music, love the black & red lighting, etc
2) I had to cancel my membership back in 2019. A family member committed suicide.
I don’t even remember the employees name but he sat with me in the office & canceled my membership on the spot (no surprise fees or charges), but more importantly, (even though I was canceling a membership he didn’t rush me out or treat me poorly

If you can't get motivated here, you can't get motivated anywhere. Members here are dedicated and here to get healthy and in shape - not chit-chat. The equipment is brand new, well cared for and there's plenty of it. Best decision I've made was to join Impact. I've never felt this driven to keep going!

This is by far the best gym I have been to and it's great to be back. I like the equipment and weights, the people at the gym are friendly and helpful if you need some assistance. The staff with the owner Vicky and the leadership of Andrew makes the staff one of the best I have seen. If your looking for a gym that has great equipment, fitness classes, personal trainer, friendly atmosphere and a staff that is there to help join Impact Fitness today.
