As a new student, you will start with our Intro to Pole classes! In Intro to Pole we will teach you the basic skills and fundamentals needed to level up! Pole mounts, beginner spins, pole sits and knee hooks will be some of the moves you will learn in Intro. If you'd like to view our other pricing options they can be found here: PRICING.
New to pole? This is the class for you! You will learn the fundamentals of pole such as walking, basic spins, floorwork and mounting/climbing the pole. Intro to pole will build your strength and body awareness to prepare you for the next level!
We take you through active stretching to improve muscle stamina, body awareness, as well as teach you proper technique and practice so you can gain flexibility and have the knowledge to apply what you've learned outside of class!It's time to take the things you learned in INTRO to the next level! Spins, transitions and climbing will build strength and fluidity to move seamlessly up and down the pole.

By purchasing a pass at our facility and signing the waiver, you are agreeing to abide by our studio policies. We have a 6 hour cancellation notice. As long as you cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to reschedule for a future date.

Paradigm is the best pole studio I’ve ever been to in terms of instruction - Maggie Ann is the owner and principle instructor. She is a national and international pole champion so you know you’re in good hands. This studio builds strong foundations with an emphasis on proper muscle engagement, technique and form in order to make progressing as a pole dancer/athlete easier. There is a wide rabge of levels here from intro to level 4 (pro-status)! Maggie also has excellent flexibility and exotic dance classes to make for a well rounded pole dancer.

I’ve been taking privates with Maggie since January.. the amount of progress I have made in such a short amount of time is amazing. I have come so far and for the first time in a long time, I actually feel challenged in so many ways. I have learned so much more about body awareness, safe training and how to break down moves in the most simple way.… She has made me a better instructor and overall athlete. Maggie has always been so patient with me since day 1 and provides the resources I need to be successful when I’m training on my own. She is hands down the very best pole coach

Took an into to pole class just for fun and to try something new. It was challenging but Maggie was great! Very motivational and works with you individually until you get the move down. She has confidence you can complete a move that you feel like you can’t and takes her time to walk you through each step. Would definitely recommend her to any beginners who need more motivation and push to do better.

I’m in love with Paradigm Pole Fitness 😍 and highly recommend to anyone looking to try it out and experience a new level of fitness. Maggie Ann and her talented staff provide an incredible curriculum of pole fitness offering a variety of classes for all skill levels. Instruction caters to the individual with an emphasis on flexibility and… conditioning. Safety is always first as every new move is emphasized with proper form and injury prevention training. This studio is amazing!! All the instructors are fantastic and really take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and understand each part of a move. Most of the classes I've taken were with Maggie, so the rest of this review will be about her classes.

I absolutely love it here. The instructor I've had is a super patient and kind women who pushes you to do more than you think you can. However, you'll never be uncomfortable and listening to your own body comes first and foremost. Ive suprised myself with what I am able to do, and it inspired me to try to do more. Not only that - this is a workout! Get ready to sweat and feel muscles you didn't know you had! For a unique and accepting workout, try Paradigm! They're lovely.

Best studio in the north east!! The instructors are amazing, very knowledgeable and technical, and encourage students to have a strong foundation. Paradigm has taken my pole journey above and beyond what i ever thought i was capable of! Love this place and the entire Paradigm family. Highly Recommend!

Thanks to Felicia, I now know about this place, and I was hooked from the moment I stepped into the studio! Hans and Maggie are top notch teachers - in just the two weekends I've been there, they were able to fix some major gaps in my learning and fix my technique so that I could achieve moves I have struggled with for 2 years. Both are very… attentive to your individual strengths and weaknesses, and create a learning experience that is both challenging yet achievable. I recently moved to MA from Portland, OR where I was previously taking pole. Maggie, Hans and the rest of the Paradigm community were among the first to make me feel welcome on the east coast. I drive an hour each way just to take classes here. Highly recommend Paradigm - and not just for the wonderful community - classes are great, challenging in the best way and the instructors can't be beat. Lots of love for this place!!😍
