Services
Centermass Training Compound, home of Crossfit Centermass, was established in 2009 by four Worcester Police Officers. We are an 8000 square foot strength and conditioning facility conveniently located on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester, MA. Our mission is to provide a unique and personalized experience for each member, whether you are just getting off the couch or you are a seasoned athlete.
Our CrossFit program provides our members with a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled level of fitness. Each coach led class is one hour long and consists of a warmup, strength or skill and conditioning workout. We recommend completion of the On Ramp program, or prior Crossfit experience to participate in our classes.
We welcome you to a free 7-day trial of unlimited classes. It's a great way to come check out our gym, get a feel for our community, classes and programming, and address any questions, concerns or hesitations you may have about getting started. There's absolutely no obligation to join, it's totally on the house!
