We take a $45 deposit when you drop your system off that will be deducted from your final charge. We work on all Windows 7 era and newer PCs and laptops, and all 2011 and newer Macintosh systems. It's best to plan on up to 7 business days for turn-around after you drop off your system.

If you're a member of our VIP program or 1201 IT Solutions small business support, with your help we can log into your system and address any issues you may be having! We may not be able to fully resolve your issue remotely, but we can usually assess the situation and help you plan for a trip into the shop.

Our computers are absolutely the "stock" Windows experience that you won't get from any OEM. 1201 custom builds are assembled by hand from high-end parts, as opposed to many big manufacturers that use only the cheapest components.
We are proud to offer our own data transfer and recovery services at one of the lowest prices in Portland, starting at $135 and maxing out at $255. You get to set a cap when you drop off, and we'll reach out to you and get permission before performing work that would exceed your preapproved maximum.
The 1201 team will install our agent on your PC, laptop, or Mac. The agent will monitor the status of your hard drive, antivirus, and cloud backups to let us know if any signs of trouble appear - then we can help you before it becomes a crisis. On top of all this, you'll be first in line with priority turn-around if you need to bring the computer into our shop for anything we can't address remotely.
