Ben is super helpful and responsive. He has helped me with a few computer issues and a project to help recover corrupted files from a memory card. Very reasonable rates, thoughtful problem solving, and I would definitely trust him to get the job done. I am sure there will come another time that technology and I at at odds in the future, and when that happens, I'll head over to NW Tech Experts!

We upgraded our Internet with Comcast and the xbox all of a sudden would not work. Comcast claimed it was something wrong with our xbox and we went down a long rabbit hole of trying to figure it out. After no luck, we found Northwest Tech experts. They had a Tech out in 1 day and within 1 hour we were back in the game. The problem was on the Comcast modem side and the Tech identified it very quickly. Definitely no help from Comcast and we are so grateful for the efficient and affordable repair. Will definitely be using them for all Tech related experiences in the future. Thanks guys!

6 years ago was my first time working with Ben at NW Tech Experts. It was related to a slow computer. 6 years later, different computer, I reached out to him again about checking out my computer that has been extremely slow. He sent out one of his technical experts who tested my hard drive and found that my hard drive had a billion "seek errors". It meant that my hard drive was in a pre-fail phase. The first attempt to fix it was to image/clone the hard drive and then install a new hard drive. I was going from 2 TB to 4 TB hard drive. Normally the software he uses, it works smoothly

Andres kept in close touch by telephone and text. He was punctual and efficient. He helped both with Roku set up and getting a printer to work. He said I could call if I had any more questions, which is much appreciated. The price is reasonable and the tech was respectful and knowledgeable.

For over a week I tried relentlessly to locate someone with Linux experience from Seattle to Bellingham. I received a replacement printer from HP and after several attempts myself and 2 separate home repair techs, none of us could get my computer and printer to work together properly. When I contacted Seattle Tech Experts, Ben answered and assured me he could help. I live outside the service area so we agreed to do a remote session.
