Our two year old laptop started having problems booting Windows a month ago. This is the first time we've had something go wrong with a computer so I did a search and found UniTech nearby. Great choice! Mousa found the issue was a faulty SSD and replaced it with a top-of-the-line drive at a good price. Communication was top notch. I'll go straight back to UniTech for any future problems.

Mousa was an absolute delight! I called frantic about spilling coffee directly onto my Apple MacBook Air (circa 2013 series) he was professional, responsive and able to fix my computer within 2 days! He communicated each step requesting my permission and sharing the exact cost before making a move, he aimed to get me the best price and was transparent about the whole process. No hidden fees or expenses that weren't necessary. Mousa took care of my computer and even shared some local coffee and tea spots that I might enjoy. I will ALWAYS go to Mousa for my Apple computer issues and I highly recommend

My laptop charging jack needed to be replaced. Mousa was open and transparent, he was able to immediately identify the proper part to order before even opening my laptop (the sign of a real veteran!), and he got the job done extremely fast. If I have any future laptop troubles, I'll come here again 👍
My only criticism is that the store's working hours are kinda narrow, so I had to take time off work to come in, but the results make it worthwhile.

I dropped in without an appointment and received expert repair on a laptop audio issue all for just the small price of an external adapter. My laptop's symptoms were inconsistent making diagnosis less than obvious. Any other repair facility would have wanted to replace the whole mother board if they had even been able to diagnosis that the issue was an intermittently shorting audio jack. However, our expert at Unitech just suggested using an existing USB port with an inexpensive external adapter. This is the type of innovative and expert thinking that wins great customer loyalty!

Had a very nice experience at this place. I brought my laptop in to repair a broken screen and replace a fan. The owner explained everything he would do to repair it. As the repair were going on he called to give me progress reports. I felt like the entire process was honest and genuine. Highly recommend.

Very quick repair done well with a complete explanation.
As a plus, the parts were on-hand and very reasonably priced.
In this case, it was a faulty cable through the hinge, but required removal of the screen which is attached with adhesive. Skill and knowledge is involved.
