Its not often that you go to a business and experience high value loyalty and care these days but it is what you will experience here. I have gone to Comprite several times for iPhone screen repairs, laptop repairs, and more. This last fall 2021 I bought a new computer and within a month my daughters had broken the screen. Of course, this had to come at a time when shipping put a huge limit on what precious materials are available and if they are, affordable..... Paul not only located a screen for me, but did so at an amazing price, and got the job done quickly and I had agreed to come pick it

Finding Comprite, Clackamas for my electronics repair needs was like discovering the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Their quality of workmanship and professionalism was exceptional! Definitely rivals the quality received when I’ve taken my MacBook and devices to Apple for service. Except Comprite was a quarter of the cost!
In addition, their customer service was exemplary. They listened to my needs and were very communicative about my options. It really felt like they cared about my items for repair as if they were their own - like trying to achieve the best repair service at the lowest

CompRite is such a great resource to have in the area. They'll take a look at any malfunctioning or broken tech item and can give you an estimate and a time frame for repair on the spot. The finished products (like the screen they replaced on my iPhone 8+ and on my friend's laptop) look and function perfectly, and their pricing is quite reasonable. There might be a short wait to speak with them on a busy Saturday, but a little wait is worth the time. No one else in the area can offer such great repairs for so little cost and such a quick turnaround time. They'll often even throw in an extra accessory

I have gone to this shop twice. Each time the guy behind the counter has been beyond friendly and helpful. The first time I went in I needed a new charger for my MacBook. The guy ended up giving me a new cable and a new plug piece for it for free.
On top of that he and I started talking and I’m working on opening a new biz myself. He gave me a contact for a retail space owner that I connected with!
Second time I went in (today)I had an issue with the plug piece. He just gave me another one for free and handed me some oranges too. All free again

My phones battery was not charging and my screen was cracked on my galaxy a71, and they were able to fix it up like new in just a few hours and for only $270! Great price, great customer service and a quick job. Will be coming back for any future fixes or computer problems. These guys are professionals

Paul's a great guy best experience I've probably ever had at a store like comprite. I went in expecting to try and fix both or at least the better of our two malfunctioning laptops, but ended up getting a pretty good deal on my trade ins and walked out with a brand new chromebook. They even threw in a couple extras like a screen protector for my phone witch I desperately needed but didn't have the cash for. I appreciate it guys ill definitely be back.

I Went in for a pc cleaning and was amazed at the excellent customer service and how long it took for them to clean my pc it only took 20minutes and it is way cleaner now compared to what it was before if you wanna look at before and after photos below if you wanna see for yourself definitely recommend this place for anyone needing there pc repaired

I brought my computer in after it stopped working due to water damage (wouldn't turn on). They approximated the time to fix would be 2-3 weeks, which is fine and per usual these days, but they stated they would call me with updates. I never received a call. I called approx. 4 weeks in and they stated that they were still trying to diagnose the problem. They told me they would call me in a week with an update and never did. When I called them, they said they had repaired the motherboard but that it still wouldn't turn on. They said they would take over the process of getting me a replacement

I love and trust this place. I’ve taken my laptop in two times, one for a pretty major repair. They have great value, they charge much less than anything like Best Buy. I just went in to get a new OS and it was no charge at all. Paul is very personable and generous. My only complaint is that they can be hard to reach by phone. But they get the job done for a great price. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Have you ever got that feeling that you have discovered something of a hidden treasure? Like say you are fed up with dealer service and strike out to find an independent shop to handle your needs, and you stumble across something that far exceeds what you expected. Yeah, that's the feeling of walking out the door of Comprite with a repaired device for a whole lot less than the dealer would charge and returned to you within hours. I have now had three devices batteries refreshed, and broken screens repaired. Let me tell you Comprite is the place to go to handle your phone and laptop repairs

Took my phone in 2 days before the huge snow storm, they guaranteed they could fix it. I paid $89 & waited for my phone for over a week because they had been closed, only for them to say they couldn't fix my phone. They wouldn't give me a refund or any of my money back. I can't save any of my pictures or anything. I'm 7 months pregnant and lost all my maternity pictures. The least they could have done is gave me my money back. Don't go here.

After speaking with him and figuring out my phone number had a few digits transposed which explained the communication gap, he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my experience, which is something a lot of companies just don't do these days. CompRite out on Sunnyside is the best! Their service is friendly, prompt, and flexible... AND affordable. I brought in three computers, two of which they installed some virus protection services and "cleaned". My third computer I accidentally brought in- a computer I had been told repeatedly was dead to the world and no data would come off of it (it had been sitting in my closet for years). I stopped by here close to closing. I had a couple old phones that have been collecting dust for a few months now and decided to finally sell them. I didn't want to go through Craigslist or offer up because of bad past experiences so I decided to try my local option. Mike and Jim were very welcoming and evaluated my two phones. I wasn't expecting much out of them since they were so outdated but they gave me more than I though I'd get! I also purchased some accessories for my new phone and they installed a high quality tempered glass for my iPhone X. I'm so happy with my experience
