Same day computer repair service may be available depending on the nature of the issue. We provide in-shop computer repair services for Portland and surrounding communities. We service and support all brands of PC's, Laptops, and Apple computers in our conveniently located SW Portland computer repair shop. Most computer repair jobs are completed within 24 hours of dropping your computer off at our shop.

We are well versed inApple technology and have been providing Apples computer repair services since 2003. We're one of the few local-area support companies that offer Apple computer repair and support services.
Data recovery is possible from almost all type of hard drives. Our experience and quality data recovery services will provide you with the best chance of recovering your data. Once we have rescued the data from your hard drive, we then backup your data to a different media. This will protect you from future loss of information.

AWESOME!!! No need to look for any better computer repair/service than Portland Support - there isn't any!! Prompt, professional, friendly and understanding owners. Saved my butt big time at 1/5 what it would have cost me to go someplace else - most of which charge $200 or more the minute you walk in the door!! I am so thankful I found these guys. My laptop is a little older, everythings fine, but sound shuts off in the middle of any audio clip, music.
I usually take my computer to 12:01 in SE Portland and they were appointment only, fair enough, I just wanted a diagnostic check perhaps to see if it was worth fixing or purchase a new laptop.
Portland Support Computer Repair was recommended by the community website, Nextdoor. I thought I'd give them a call. Grant answered the phone and I felt at ease as his friendly, articulate and welcoming nature. He said I could stop by and drop my computer off and he would check out for a FREE

These guys seriously saved my life! I've been going to Portland Support for little computer support issues throughout the years and have always been extremely happy with their service. Recently my laptop hard drive crashed and miraculously they were able to recover my data. Portland Support Computer Repair has been a welcome fixture in the neighborhood for well over a decade, and if I had the opportunity to design a computer repair shop, this would be it. Grant and Dave are the two consumate guys you'd want on your side when your machine decides to go belly up, or just gets cantankerous. I am impressed with the prompt customer service, I personally feel the price is reasonable. (I don't want to cut corners when it comes to technology. Seriously a 5 star experience. They were relaxed and competent. After 2 days of trying to get my Windows 10 laptop out of a constant boot loop on my own (and trying to revert or re-install or update windows - nothing was working!) I finally gave in and took it here. They checked the hard drive for issues, and when that checked out ok, we knew is was a software issue. They helped install a clean version of Windows and I had my computer back the next day. It cost $135 but saved me from giving up and buying another $2,500 laptop! I trust them so much I'd send my mom here.

I woke up this morning to a computer that would not power up. I determined that it had to be either the Power Supply or the Motherboard, but had no way to make a final determination of which one. I drove into SE Portland and went to the local non-profit for assistance,but they offered little help and had no real way to determine exactly where my problem was, or any real desire to offer any technical support. Wow. Wonderful experience. Walking in, I got the feeling he really knows what he is doing, is running a business he really cares about, and is an interesting person (by all the memorabilia and pictures on the walls). My Laptop wasn't booting up. Grant, the owner, opened it up, fixed it called me the next day, and charged me nothing. Free. I am a big fan. Super kind person. Last week, I had a very sick laptop that was getting slower and having intermittent operational problems. I took my laptop in & Grant had it back to me in 2 days running like new. He also provided some tips to help keep it in better running order.
A few weeks earlier my wife got a DVD jammed into her desktop drive. They took her computer apart on the spot, got the DVD back, and everything back to working order.
Very fair pricing. I highly recommend these guys for SW and HW issues.
