First let me say THANK GOD!! I didn't move in this building. But my man did. Omg my main issue is the garage. You pay EXTRA EXTRA to park in a covered parking spot. And at least twice a month cars are getting broken into, And the property is doing nothing about it and refuses to pay for the damage. There is a big opening the people are climbing into and the property needs to fill it in. Let not forget the project are around the corner. This is so ridiculous and unnecessary. Just fix the wall. And the property and use some upgrades.

Very unprofessional experience. Went in for a tour and the very staff working in the leasing center was very unfriendly|unwelcoming. I wouldn’t move here if my life depended on it. Tour took forever to start, I was ignored in the front office the first time I mentioned I was there for a tour and during tour the property manager was very rude. She seemed uninterested and irritated. I was afraid to even ask questions about the unit. Not sure how someone can be a property manager with that kind of attitude.

The management and staff are by far the most disrespectful people you will encounter. They are very rude and nasty for reasons I am unclear of. It’s seems they pick on residents as if they have a vendetta against them for whatever reason. I am disgusted I even allowed myself to deal with these kind of people when it came to business. I have proof of how they conduct theirselves, and I am sad to say it doesn’t look good on their part. From them tone, words and the want they try to intimidate their residents. If I were them I would watch a tutorial to how to act and behave in a professional setting

Stonebridge has been our home for almost 2 years and I can say with certainty this is the best place we’ve rented from! Jay (the property manager) is great and so is all other staff in the office. They make you feel like you’re truly at home from day 1, considering they know every single person by name and face! Maintenance is always quick and efficient with anything that needs fixed. Move in process was easy and efficient. Any questions/ concerns we have had over the past couple years, Jay is extremely prompt and responds very quickly. Any property issues we have had, have been addressed right

It is clear that the K&D corporate office and the staff on property do not care about their tenants. I lived here for 4 years. During the start of the pandemic, I lost my job and was looking for more affordable places to live. My lease renewal was coming up and I was told by Jay the property manager, that they were letting people out of year leases without penalty due to the pandemic and that I should sign for a year so my lease price does not increase. After taking his advice, I broke my year lease two months after signing. Guess what? I received a bill for $12,000 dollars in the mail a month

I’ve only been living here for a few days but I love it so far. Staff is always super friendly and ready to help. If I need my mail sent to my apartment, they are always willing to take it up anytime I ask since I’m rarely there. Apartment is really nice and spacious. Location is great. Price is really good for a two bath and two bedroom. Fitness center to do my morning and evening cardio is very convenient. I don’t pay for parking even though there are plenty options available but I’ve always find parking so far. Hopefully my positive experience stays positive!
