I had yet another fantastic experience at Epic Vision! All of the staff are fantastic, polite, kind & truly meet your needs as their client! Dr. Guzman has been my doctor for the past 4 years and I'm extremely happy with her professionalism & expertise. The staff are quick to get you in and out of your appointment, and they have a very smooth office flow. This was the best eye exam experience ever. The exam appointment was prompt, the front staff was courteous and the building was immaculate. The exam experience with Dr. Nooshin was efficient and it was very clear that she knows what she's doing. She explained every step of the exam and answered every one of my questions with patience and real world language without making me feel stupid. I would highly recommend her for any future eye care needs.

Went in for my yearly check up, Dr. Guzman was absolutely fantastic. Very information during my eye exam. Staff was extremely helpful, the lady who helped me picked out my glasses went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the pair I chose. Overall, great experience and customer service. Definitely will be coming back. 🤓👍🏼

Taking my business elsewhere.
My wife and I went to this office on Saturday, 3/30/2019, to get an eye exam for my wife without an appointment. They weren't very welcoming, in fact, I don't remember being greeted. After a minute or two of discussing what's needed to make an appointment, we left, again, without any type of "thank you" for coming by.
My wife who's on my employer vision plan attempted to make an appointment today, 4/5/2019, for another day. My wife called. They would not schedule an appointment without my information. Even without my information, isn't it possible to pay for an eye

Doctor and staff were very informative and welcoming. I was able to have my questions answered promptly and accurately.
They even had several frames that fit my bigger-than-average temple length and width, which is very rare and difficult to provide.
Would definitely come back for future appointments.

I made my first appointment one year ago at Epic vision center, front desk employees very professional and friendly, my appointment was on time as scheduled, with Dr. Jones best Dr. Ever! Very professional and friendly, I received my glasses in 4 days, was sent a courtesy email thanking me for trusting the company, as well as a friendly reminder to follow up in one year, a few months later I dropped my glasses and they were scratched I called to have them replaced, they sent the order in and I received my replacement lenses in two days!!! I returned a year later, completely satisfied, and will

Awesome and knowledgeable eye doctors. Will go back but not getting my glasses there again. Their selection is not the best. They have like 4 brands. I've seen and paid better for my name brands. They take forever to get your glasses ready. The first time it took 11 days but they never called I just showed up and they were ready. They second time it took 14 days. No call and they were not ready. She had to cut them on the spot. They also said it would only take 20 minutes to sit and wait. It took 50. Like really.
