My daughter (11) and her friends have been taking agility training from Jim for a few months now and love it! He changes the workout up every time and keeps the girls interest. Jim speaks to the girls throughout the hour about being positive and have a great attitude for what ever you are accomplishing. I believe his workouts are helping my daughter improve her footwork with tennis and lacrosse!

Jim has been my trainer for over 6 years. He is extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition. When I began 6 years ago I had knee issues and could hardly do squats, burpees or planks. Knee issues are gone and I’ve mastered those 3 plus more. Jim has also taught me a lot about healthy eating. He crafts the workout to what his client wants to work toward whether that is overall fitness, toning, golf, tennis, body building, etc… Then he is consistent, working toward your goals every workout. And, he is great with every age group. Jim loves what he does and it shows in his professional
