Services
There is a limit of two pets per apartment home, and breed restrictions apply. Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged. We are unable to allow the following aggressive dog breeds in the community, including Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

After living here for a few years I can say the the staff is fantastic at what they do. The property manager was nice and always able to help me if I had a problem, and the maintenance staff was professional, quick, and proficient at what they do. If I ever was to rent another apartment it would definitely be here again!

Been in the Army for nine years and I've lived in my fair share of apartments. I can honestly say this has been one of the best ones. My only real complaint is that the gym Has been under renovation for quite some time And it's pretty bare. There's a planet fitness up the road or the Benning gyms if you're in the service. Never had an issue breaking my lease with orders and they prorate rent. Lived here twice and would again.

This place can be better, my air conditioner been out for 3 weeks, New management going up on everything, fees for everything, not what I sign up for, ask questions, can’t get a straight answer, call won’t pick, up, car was broken, called for footage, I was told they have it but I have to contact the police,cause they not allowed to release it to me, I just wanted to bring awareness to the neighbors, that cars are being vandalized, and break in are happening, even if people forget to lock their doors, criminals are trespassing on this property at night , early morning. and if theirs footage

Back in February I came up to the leasing office to discuss potentially renting an apartment. When I first came in there was only one person in the office which was the leasing consultant, Janee. After standing in the office for about five or so minutes, she didn't greet me, nor acknowledge I was in the room so I spoke up and stated I was interested in renting a two bed apartment. She gave me her name and her positional title, then told me I would have to wait, got up and went into the back of the office. Was considering these apartments because I really liked the outside. Booked a tour last week for today and then I get a phone call saying it may be cancelled due to rain. I live in the apartments right next to these, so I know for a fact that it’s not raining hard. I called 5 mins before the appointment and asked if they have a golf cart. The lady I spoke to seemed annoyed and was like, “It’s not about the rain. It’s about not tracking stuff into the apartment.” She should have said that at first and furthermore, it’s not even raining hard at all. How much could we have possibly tracked

From one property manager to another, I love Quail Ridge. From their golf course looking landscaping to their nicely laid out units.. This is a great property. The team really does their best to make the residents happy, and even their pets :) I don’t think people are too keen to give good feedback but this place deserves it.
